    They shouldnt be allowed to charge extra fees for same day picking and shipping when they DONT honor that and then refuse to credit back that money. I order items last weekend that still have not been picked or shipped. Requested same day, and overnight shipping. Paid more for that than the two items needed. That wont be here on time. They also wont accept a return on the items because of the brand. *** worked with many suppliers and this one is by far the worst. **************** doesnt care to even assist. They have their money from you and thats all they care about. Sad too because they wont get repeat business with that model. Im extremely upset over wasting so much money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    I ordered shirts from there that was supposed to be delivered within 2 days. They offer a pick up service that I clicked on but the shirts were coming from Chicago. The shirts came AFTER the date I needed even with a express shipping payment. I called customer service who told me that the delivery date on the website was not a guarantee and the UPS date is correct, but I paid for express shipping which I know UPS offers. I ended up using Ninja Transfers which offered next day and Saturday shipping. They sent the shirts when stated ON THEIR WEBSITE. Now I have returned the late shirts and have been reaching out about a refund now that the shirts have been returned and they have said I have to have a refund request in my quality control ticket portal. I put it in, but nothing has been addressed. I know those shirts have gone back on their shelves but I have yet to get my money back. This is ridiculous. I used the quality control function as requested and sent a text message and still NOTHING! Please get a proper returns company ASAP. You're playing with people's money.

    BE AWARE...THEY ARE A **** FOR RETURNS!!When ordering my 24 hoodies it showed I would have before Christmas. The hoodies were for a Heavenly Birthday for my brother on Christmas day. After the purchase went through and me paying express the tracking showed 26th. I had to reach out to them by text as they don't show a phone number. I then said I need to speak to someone and not by text they provided the number. **** said I'm sorry but order has been shipped and charged. Just return when you receive.Not the case. The return policy is certain shirts are non returnable. Pretty much all brands they have are. That is $400 they scammed us from!READ THE RETURN POLICY!!!

    Never buy anything from **************************************** customer service. Poor quality products. You could get a better deal on Amazon with free returns. I lost almost $75 just from purchasing something and returning them. If you dont already know, you will have to pay for return shipping and they also take a 20% restocking fee like theyre selling some kind of precious metals. Dont fall for this!! Sharing this from my own personal experience.

    **************** and return policies were not only awful, they are predatory and deliberately vague. I received the wrong color items. I called asking what were my options to exchange for the color I wanted, and was told to put in a ticket, and customer service is willing to work with new customers. I received blunt email saying on sale items are not eligible for returns. A glance back at the website shows me that almost everything on the site is on sale, which would make their policy regarding easy returns FALSE! The $1.50 I saved on sweatshirts means nothing when I am stuck with $900 worth of the wrong color. I will shop elsewhere in the future. Dont bother with this place.

    I typically order from another distributor but ordered from All Day Shirts during a sale. I guess you get what you pay for. One shirt was completely incorrect (though they did send a new one after offering a credit instead). Two shirts came with bizarre holes in them (like moth holes), almost all of the shirts had strings sticking out from seams, and the return policy is pretty awful. Im heading back to Jiffy Shirts!

    If there was 0 Stars I would put that! I am never ordering from this company again! They messed up my shipping and then didnt wanna give me my full refund and I still havent gotten my store credit that I dont even want!

    Read the fine print regarding final sale itemsI ordered over $225 on an order that arrived with shirts that were all supposed to be same shirt in different sizes. They were junkdifferent thicknesses and textures.I started a return only to be told i picked final products that were not returnableI would not knowingly have done thatthey told me as a one time thing, they will take back on my dime for shippingreally, sold bad product but i have to lose money to ship back, just so alldayshirts can **********.Doesnt seem fair to me. Very disappointed! I have the need for 300 shirts in next few months, but doubt i will be back to buy from here.
