            this company is a fraud, they texted me a price for a replacement Electrolux and sent me an authorization form to fill out Monday July 5th, holiday evening. We had friends over and i told him i would look at it in the morning at work and discuss with my husband and if interested sign the authorization form. in the morning, i discussed with my husband and decided against replacing it and instead wanted to repair the existing Electrolux we have and not buy the new Electrolux. Today, they call me and tell me they ran the credit card without my authorization and they loaded a Samsung Washing machine, a completely different washing machine on their truck and charged us for it and then said it was a FINAL SALE. NONE Of this was AUTHORIZED and this is STEALING ! They must be stopped, i am sure this happens to other people that they do this too, calling late at night on a holiday and then falsely charging credit cards.. Please help !!!
