I wish my husband would have looked into Bagger Bags LLC before he bought my bags for my bike I know he was trying to do something nice for me. But Bagger Bags LLC is the biggest joke this company does NOT return phone calls my husband has called and left messages I myself have called at least 15 times and left messages and they (Bagger Bags LLC) don't return any phone calls and I have emailed them (Bagger Bags LLC) they finally emailed me back but you would think if a customer spends $1,944.78 with your company you would want to keep their business and try to fix the problem but No it is what it is take it or leave it and if you want a refund bagger bags LLC said a heavy restocking fees to be calculated by Bagger Bags at there discretion was there response I can't even get anyone on the phone so I can send them (junk bags) back My bags where chipped, cracked and broke there is 7 chips 2 cracks and on one of the lids it's broke and the lids don't even fit and to add to all of this we didn't get no hardware class action law suit needs to happen this is unacceptable that this company can do this to so many people and get away with this.
