My stretched gas tank covers wouldnt fit onto the tanks. My side covers had thick tabs that wouldnt fit behind the bags and crooked installation pins that broke off. The stretched saddlebags had concave fronts requiring lots of filler and a very tough finish with air pockets and holes. The lids were rough, crooked and had holes. The stretched rear fender was uneven with the left side angled back. They would not return phone calls or emails about the crappy parts. Im repurchasing several parts from another company at my own expense. Stay away from Bagger Bags

I wish my husband would have looked into Bagger Bags LLC before he bought my bags for my bike I know he was trying to do something nice for me. But Bagger Bags LLC is the biggest joke this company does NOT return phone calls my husband has called and left messages I myself have called at least 15 times and left messages and they (Bagger Bags LLC) don't return any phone calls and I have emailed them (Bagger Bags LLC) they finally emailed me back but you would think if a customer spends $1,944.78 with your company you would want to keep their business and try to fix the problem but No it is what it is take it or leave it and if you want a refund bagger bags LLC said a heavy restocking fees to be calculated by Bagger Bags at there discretion was there response I can't even get anyone on the phone so I can send them (junk bags) back My bags where chipped, cracked and broke there is 7 chips 2 cracks and on one of the lids it's broke and the lids don't even fit and to add to all of this we didn't get no hardware class action law suit needs to happen this is unacceptable that this company can do this to so many people and get away with this.

Why cant we give zero stars?Spent over 800 with shipping for fender and bags they arent even the right item! I ordered based off specs I gave and what the pictured! What showed is not what the pictured on their site! Told me in an email that what is pictured is not the same item! Told me I need to use spacers to make this fender fit! Why should I have to fabricate my entire rear end of my motorcycle because they cant make a quality product?

This company is a complete joke. I ordered bags waited 80 days for them. They're all chipped up no hardware. My lights don't fit in the holes that they provided complete waste of money. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed on this company after reading the reviews.

I wish I would have read the BBB before I bought the item. Bagger Bags LLC company scam consumers out their money! They intentionally sale and send out junk products then hide behind disclaimers. I paid $518 for a part they knowingly sent to me that doesnt fit my car then tells me I should read the disclaimer at checkout. This company need to be shutdown and held accountable for ripping people off.

Seems like everyone is disappointed in them. 400$ for parts that don't even fit!! Very disappointing.. They don't Reply to my phone calls or emails. Never buy from them!!!

There isn't a rating low enough for this company LLC. I paid $1101.84 for garbage. I have video of me opening up the scratched, unfinished Faring I bought for my **** road king. Showing what kind of workmanship these guys put into their products. I even opened a dispute with PayPal 7/20/22 for being late delivery. I escalated the claim because upon further inspection I found the Rockford Fosgate Bluetooth radio didn't work. PayPal inquiry. Aug.5 2022 @4:01pm -opened case. Email @ 4:21pm escalated case. Email @5:52pm update notice. Email @ 5:55pm case DENIED.I really want to prosecute in small claims against these fools. Any real info on class action would be greatly appreciated.

Fitment wasn't even close on a dash cover. Contacted them and was told I signed a term and conditions policy... That I don't remember doing... That stated issues with defects and fitment will not be tolerated. Tried to call and email and have been ignored both times. This is no way to do business.

Order a custom grill for my nissan altima. Yeah I know it needs painting, but I shouldn't have to refix the whole grill due to yalls poor quality of work. I've been trying to contact their customer service for a week and 1/2 and they finally emailed me back saying that I can't get a refund due to their 7 day refund return. Funny how I got a response back in a week in 1/2. The grill will have to be completely repaired because of their work. 300$ for straight up junk. I'm really considering on getting an attorney over some 300$ bull crap. This company needs a hard looking into. CROOKS

If I could give a negative rating I would. I paid over $1000 for a set of stretched bags a year ago. They never sent them. Contacted the company multiple times, always got the runaround.. This company is a SCAM!!
