    Tradestation cheated customer to open account on their platform with bonus, after I deposit money on their platform. They mistreat customer's trust on their company and they steal customer's money from the account.I have been deposited money in many brokers and never see a company like traderstation stealing customer's money.

    absolutely worst platform I've ever used. Crashes constantly. 20th century software that really lacks across the board. Award winning? Please. No matter what the discount, you'll save money paying higher commissions elsewhere as you're left blind at any given time.

    I opened the account on Feb 21st using a promotion code. The promo mentioned I need to deposit X** (within 45 days) and get 150$. There is some delay to approve and also some issue linking my checking account which were resolved on March 5th. I completed the deposit immediately (well within 45 days window). When I have not got the promo credit I contacted the customer service. They are saying the promo ended on Feb 22nd so I am not qualified. Firstly the promotion page has no mention of any end date. Secondly they never informed the promotion ended to me. The customer service of no help.

    The most dated and counterintuitive trading platform, they also started charging me $5/trade commissions out of the blue and I spent two months contacting customer service to resolve it, only to get a plethora of illogical excuses and misleading explanations. They told me it was fixed about ten different times only to continue to charge me commissions. Many other vastly superior trading platforms out there. Do not recommend Tradestation.

    Do not put your money with this company.I been trying to withdraw my money from this company" Tradestation" and they are giving me runaround the past 3 months. At this moment I am going thru SIPC to try to get my own money.Terrible company, part of my money is missing from my account and after trying to get my own funds out they will not release them or transfer my funds to different brokerage account.Do not use them.

    Terrible!I needed a statement saying I closed my account because my wife works for a bank that doesnt allow me to use TradeStation. I reached out multiple times and was told multiple times I would receive a closing statement but never received it. Do not use them.

    TradeStaion is a very unethical company, who have hidden policies'. If you deposit funds into your account, you cannot withdraw these funds until 6 business days. I deposited money on oct 5th and Tradestaon will not release funds until Oct 17. I wanted to close the account the same day i opened it. Support is horrible..good luck getting support. This 6 day policy is hidden from customers who open accounts with Tradestation

    Shady business - closes accounts and doesn't provide a reason because they don't want to get sued....stay away from this broker and their botched up trading platform.Violation of civil rights and discrimination.----got this in the mail today----TradeStation Securities ********************* has made a business decision to close your accounts.It is the policy of the Firm to not disclose any details regarding this decision.You are free to liquidate any positions you currently hold and withdraw your funds upon settlement date.Your access to the TradeStation platform will be revoked at the end of the month.

    Subject: Disappointing Verification Process Cost Me Thousands I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the TradeStation platform and its identity verification process. As someone who was excited to begin trading, I was shocked to find that their system could not verify my identity despite providing both my driver's license and passport.The nightmare began when I signed up for a TradeStation account and was ready to invest in some promising stocks. I assumed the verification process would be seamless since I had all the necessary documentation. However, TradeStation's system was unable to verify my identity, even after I submitted clear images of my driver's license and passport multiple times. This led to a delay in my account activation, which prevented me from participating in several lucrative trading opportunities.I reached out to their customer support team, hoping they could assist me in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, I was met with slow response times and unhelpful advice. It felt as if they were simply reading from a script rather than genuinely trying to help. It was incredibly frustrating, especially knowing I was missing out on potential profits while waiting for a resolution.The inability to trade on the platform led to a loss of several thousand dollars, as the stocks I intended to buy skyrocketed during the delay. I am deeply disappointed in TradeStation's services and their lack of empathy for my situation. As a platform that claims to provide seamless trading experiences, they have undoubtedly failed in this regard.In conclusion, I would not recommend TradeStation to anyone who values a reliable and efficient verification process. It is essential to have a trading platform that prioritizes its users and their ability to participate in the market. Unfortunately, TradeStation's faulty verification system and unresponsive customer support have cost me both time and money.************
