    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Sincerely,

********* ****ce between the free CSSLP and paid CISSPeven though what was delivered had no materials, voucher, or value. At one point, they offered a seat in an ISC2 class (again, no materials/voucher). In cybersecurity, what value is training without certification? Try telling that to an employer. ***** CEO, **** ********, seems helpful at firstenough to fool banksbut ultimately twists words and avoids accountability. After I filed complaints and pushed for a refund, they refused to honor even the $699 refund or seat. To appear helpful, **** offered **** training instead, which I declined. I have a 20+ year career in *** wanted the ***** to advance professionally. Just recently, **** said all refund offers and the **** training were being withdrawn from me. This experience has been misleading, frustrating, and financially damaging. Avoid VCSG. Go directly through **** or another reputable provider if you want real training and value.

This is the fifth defense about the compliant customer's fraud complaints and  credit card disputes file against Veterans Cybersecurity Group.  These complaints/disputes include:

    1.  Compliant to ISC2 the body that overseas the ***** and CSSLP Program who offered, at VCSG's expense to place her in a class at "VCSG Expense" for ther the ***** Class, course materials, and exam voucher she is complaining she did not get.

    2.  American Express: Initially AMEX crawled back the complainants $3,450.00 payment, but later reinstated it after a six month investigation found in VCSG's favor.

    3. Office of the Attorney General, ****************************: Who after investigation decided not to move forward on this claim.  The compliant then stated that Florida has notified her that they agree with a partial refund. ***** *******, the Financial Investigator assigned to the case rebutted this stating *********** did not state we agreed to a refund, just that you try and work with the company to get a resolution.:  Which VCSG has done continually over the last year and a half.

    4. DoD SkillBridge: The program that supplied to the separating service members for training that the compliant agreed to sponsor as a part of her own course registration ($3450.00) who took no action.

    5. This BBB Compliant: Our response is summarized here and detailed in the attached document.

She was offered a free CSSLP course (without official materials or exam voucher) if she postponed her ***** training due to scheduling conflicts.
The CSSLP class was attended, but the ***** class was delayed due to low enrollment.

    Refund Dispute:
