      I just want to say that 10 Stars Property Management is the best rental company I have ever dealt with. Everything is streamlined and easy to do through their online platform. I was approved same day when I applied. Making a maintenance request is quick and easy through the app and they are very prompt to have any issue resolved. The manager ******* is absolutely wonderful to work with and their texting system makes it so easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

      My daughter rented a unit on South *******************. The place was a dump from the get go thank god we took videos and pictures. We spruced it up because they were committed to a 1 year lease. The place was not cleaned prior to her moving in so we cleaned it. Moved the frig and found that there had been a bunch of bug treatment just dumped under it and the stove. There was no weather stripping around the door we took stock in Home Defense for 1 year. The place was so stuffy and muggy the air conditioning did not work properly so my daughter called the management company to have it serviced . After the unit was serviced they sent her a bill for ******. The unit still did work properly constantly leaking and always full of mold. And beware of the mushrooms that are growing between the trim work totally gross! we also took stock in bleach foam bleach to be exact. My daughter was never late or missed one rent payment. The lawn was never cut it grew to waist high. It was not until a new tenant with a child called to complain that they finally cut it. My daughter just received an invoice for over ******* for repairs and cleaning charges 15 days after she had moved out. One of the neighbors called her to tell her that today was the first day that someone came to check the apartment. The place was left spotless we even cleaned the refrigerator and taped bottles to keep the doors opened so it would not smell because the power had been shut off when they moved out on Dec 27th. The invoice for repairs was dated days before they even checked the unit. ***** for my daughter we documented and videoed and took pictures that will be submitted in court. The office staff ******* is rude and hangs up on you if you have questions or concerns. They kept asking my daughter why she wasn't renewing her lease. All of our paper work is in order and we will be taking them to court. I am sure that our review directly to their website will not be posted so I am also reviewing with the BBB.

      just now At this point I would give negative stars. The company management allowed us to move into a $3k per month house with a KNOWN ***** INFESTATION. There were bait boxes in all ****************** cabinets, along with ***** droppings in the cabinets leading to the boxes and around the entire house. YUCK! I have two small children & a dog, the last thing I need is roaches running throughout my cabinets, let alone house. We are paying premium price, second highest rental property the company has on the website, yet they cant clean the property or spray for bugs prior to moving in?! I spoke with a leasing agent who assured me the house was spotless and professionally clean, that was far from the truth. We found several dead roaches upon arrival along with all the droppings and still see live ones running throughout the cabinets. Property management doesnt care that theres a problem, they dont answer and then ask you send a text. They didnt want to deal with the issue, they just want our money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a safety hazard that will be addressed with the health department and property lawyer. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else, and if I was you I would avoid it at all costs as they do not care to take care of the properties they are renting or the renters they are renting to. I have pictures to show the infestation too

      I challenge the owner Chant and general manager KARIM to a lie detector test. Question is does 10 Stars Pay for 5 Stars ratings on Google? I Guarantee you they won’t do it! Why? Because I personally have a taped conversation with a tenant asking her to do just that. It is 100% Facts that they pay for the 5 Star Reviews. Corruption and lies is how this company operates.

      Employees are rude, both to owners and tenants. I've indicated in my contract I did not want to rent to people with pets, but they consistently do, and I don't get a chance to decline the tenant before moving in. They've harassed me for unnecessary work which I'd already declined due to a significant up charge and refusal to provide an itemized quote that would justify the cost. When they didn't reach me, they contacted a relative who is also a client to try to schedule the work. And with my current tenant, they left *************** information on the property, which gave the tenant the means to contact me. In the end, this negligence did me a favor, because it turned out they made false complaints to the tenant on my behalf (possibly in retaliation for her repeated maintenance requests they ignored), and when she questioned the complaint, sent a notice threatening to terminate her lease for noncompliance. I was kept completely in the dark about this.

      I moved in a year ago, did not even put ONE hole on the wall because I did not want to give the company any reason to keep my $3,000 security deposit! I received a notice saying $1,250 was spent on paint! Paint is considered 'normal wear and tear' they also charged $10 for light bulbs even though prior to moving all the lights were on so pictures can be taken! The are also charging exterior inside door paint $95.00, Trim paint Front door $50.00 door paint bathroom $75.00. These are all inaccurate, when the keys were handed in pictures of the apartment were also taken and sent but yet they still feel as tenants should be responsible for the owner's normal wear and tear repairs! Blinds were also listed a $50.00 but yet the pictures taken of the bathroom blinds had NO damages! Not only do they charge you for the air you breath, but they also pay the future tenants $100 for each 5-star review and if you do not give them 5 stars, they will bill you $100 'office fee' or if you change your review from a 5 star to something less they will send you an invoice for $100! If I can give this company a -0 I WOULD!

      My boyfriend and I stayed in an Airbnb hosted by Ten Stars for Spring break 2023, in Madiera Beach. The apartment was a completely dysfunctional studio apartment. When we arrived, the pull-out bed was broken. We messaged them through the Airbnb app to notify them that we could not pull the twin bed out to the queen size because it was broken and took pictures of the broken bed. The next day they sent a technician to fix the bed but this technician only pulled out a defective slat from the bed leaving it structurally unstable. We were able to pull it out to a queen but then contacted Ten Stars again through Airbnb messaging to report that there were not enough sheets to cover the bed as a queen. They responded saying all of the sheets were inside the unit. There were no additional sheets. So, for the following nights, we still had to sleep on the bed as though it were a twin. Ten Stars stopped responding to our messages. The neighbors to this unit were clearly smoking inside their unit, so much so, that a smoke smell was inside the unit we were staying in. We ended up leaving a night early due to the state of the room. When we notified Ten Stars of our early departure, there was no response to our message. After leaving, Ten Stars filed an Airbnb claim saying that we broke the bed and that we were smoking inside our room and attempted to collect additional fees from us. We sent all of our photo evidence to Airbnb and filed a claim against Ten Stars. This company is unprofessional and has wasted many people's time in efforts to collect more money from us. The room should not have been rented in the state it was in. If Ten Stars was a reputable company they would have tried to mend the situation while we were staying in the unit instead of ignoring our requests. This was the worst vacation rental experience I have ever endured. I will leave reviews and file claims on every platform possible to warn other people about the incompetency of this company.

      I had a 1 year lease with the property management and they sent me a Notice of Intent to impose claim on security deposit which I objected and sent a certified letter within the 15 days allowed. They claimed it was for Full paint $1325 and light bulb bathroom $10. However, the company did not release my deposit which resorted me to reach out to BBB. I also should state, prior to moving in, the unit was not cleaned and filthy and when I reported to the on the move in day, they only suggested to clean for a $50 off my rent or turn in the Key by the end of the day. Unfortunately it was 3pm, they closed at 5pm and from Tampa to Pinellas was impossible to make. Therefore, I gave them a star and uploaded pictures to Google for a review. Now, they are at it again with holding deposit stating by Section 83.49(3) they were required to. However, Section 83.49(3) exception is ordinary ware and tear. These people need to be stopped, because they are abusing the system.
