      10Stars is awesome and working with ******* is great. She is willing to work with you on rental payments if needed. They are quick to respond to request. I also like that we can text and get a response with any issues.

      Lost over 100k living under this infested condo. Told them day 1, they told me to put in the portal. I went 8 months through summer without a.c. A.c. ducts were also with holes and infested with roaches and spiders. Every month I had at the least one or 2 issues! They went half assed in fixing and tried to cover things up. I called code enforcement finally. That moved them but not as it should, I still went 2 more months after that. They then kicked out me, my daughter and my 2 *** dogs without notice. (Against the law, i have emotional support animals!) I paid my last rent, as I always do on time and in full! 30 days later saying I owe more to repaint and repair. I went 10 months repairing with and without them with ***** electric in sealing it, code enforcement, contractors in and out of their company as well as lost a lot of money to fix, clean, (they never cleaned it before I moved in), and now trying to say I owe money? I don't think so! I've already hired a lawyer against them and bbb needs to really shut these people down. I feel terrible for all of their renters the renters are being scammed and taken by these nasty people. Please someone look into this. And ***************** with association is a culprit as well. If anyone rating this company gives more than a 1 star, they are blessed for the moment because I'm sure! It's coming to them in someway or another and to watch their backs with these snakes!!

      ******* at 10 stars has been very helpful to us. After having a rough month and my mom passing, she worked with us on our very first time late rent. She was very sweet and professional. We have been renting for 2.5 years and have never had a problem with anything with this common
