              Company sold me and installed a new air conditioner 4 years ago. They had to re install it because they did a bad job. They have had to come work on it 20 times in 4 years. Recently it stopped working and is under warranty but they have not repaired it and keep saying they are working on getting parts. It has been 3 months since it stopped working and they have been impossible to reach or get resolution. 3 weeks ago they installed a used, smaller old unit to use until they can fix my new under warranty air conditioner. They have not returned calls or text messages and I have left messages for the owner but he hasn't called either. I have been patient but they have just totally blown me off. The air conditioner they sold me that is under warranty is sitting in the middle of my yard.

              Technician told me it would be $444.00 plus service call to replace thermostat. Charged me $79.00 and left me with no ac on a weekend. They installed my AC in 2018. Got it done for MUCH less with another company. Won't call them again.
