    I give this place no stars because they are full of lies and very unprofessional. But, I don't have that option. Management is horrible because it's a revolving door. I wish I would've looked more into this place before I signed anything, but because I was in desperation and needed my own space I signed the lease. Everyday I regret it. This place have me so stressed out, because I was told twice by management that this place is income based; and therefore, they couldn't give me a set price for rent. Well, I was told last week that this place is not income based, after going to the office every week for the past two months asking why my rent is so high. I work hard for what I have, and this place have me living beyond my means. It has me stressed the hell out, because every month my rent is ALWAYS late and will continue to be late. I can't afford to pay on time because I don't make enough to afford to do so. I have other important things to pay besides rent such as car insurance and a carnote and my child's education. Another thing, the condition of my apartment is not good and they should be reported to the proper authorities. I can go into details, but I have a limit of characters I can type. I will say this though. There is mold and rust in my A/C vents and it looks like they painted over it. You can't paint over mold and rust! Oh and one more thing. The oven was filthy! I was told that the housekeeping lady had to leave early, and that I needed to finish cleaning the oven out myself. Wait, there's more, but I'm running out of characters.
