    Was referred by opening doors of pensacola fl to Crestview at Cordova pensacola fl for a one bedroom apartment . The apartment manager told me they were government subsidized and I had to fill out the application so they could base my rent and it would be a $60.00 dollar application fee and they would have something available at the end of April. So I called on 04/22/25 and the manager said they were not government subsidized and I didn't make enough money and no refunds. I have bank statements and confirmation numbers of the transaction and the hand written letter from opening doors with Crestview at Cordova phone number.

    On 04/05/23 I applied application for appartment at Crestview at Cordova, Pensacola Fl. Pay $68.28 application fee, reference No#13019312. Also provided all documents was required and the same day 04/05/23 at 4:34 PM i received letter that I was approved and letter of Congratulations and Welcome home at Crestview at Cordova, moved in date is 06/19/23. I also signed all 44 pages by e-sign lease agreement documents!!! The same day received another letter from CVC, Samantha Torres saying that my new address is:3500 Creighton rd, Apt S8, Pensacola Fl, 32504. Move in fees is:$1221.00 and is due on move in date-06/19/23- Congratulations to your new home!!! After received that I signed move out documents with my current landlord. On 04/14/23 I got email from CVC, Samantha Torres, saying, that sorry, my application did not meet all of the requirements. Really????? After all approval letters and I signed contract with them on 04/06/23 now they are denying me??? What's happened? I feel that this is illegal!!! Now I am feeling homeless, I have no place to go, since I already determined my current lease, after I got approved for appartment at CVC o 04/05/23 !!! I need help from you, I am very upset about all this situation!!! I deserve this approved appartment, I need this appartment, I was approved for $1100 a month rent, rent price cannot go higher!!! Thank you in advance, ***** *******
