On April 4, 2021 I picked up my vehicle (Infiniti JX35 2013) from being service for a replacement transmission. The service & parts charge was $5,018.91. I was expecting to get a rebuilt transmission from Nissan. 2days later my car began to overheat I called **** and he told me to take him my car so what I did was call AAA to get it transferred there. The next day **** called me & told me it was my alternator, battery, & some additional holes that were not properly been connected. He stated that he wouldn't charge me for the alternator but will get me a new one. I payed $380 for the battery & holes it became obvious that the alternator was never changed. I got my car back that day and another 4days later my car started to overheat again I called AAMCO and **** said he will send a tow truck to get my vehicle. This is the 3rd time issue since I picked up my vehicle and now **** mentioned that my motor has blown and will ONLY charge me $3,400. I am a single mother of 2 kids and I am caregiver to a patients that requires need of transportation. I went for 2nd opinion and I was informed that the transmission was not replaced and that the improperly unfinished transmission work led to my motor blown. I'm in a hard situation this is very hard to deal with and complicated. Some of the additional charges that I have incurred including uber, car rental and paying the other mechanic for the quote. I was trustworthy of this company and declaring that this issue can get resolved with at least a refund for what they did not do. Considering the challenges.
