I received a call and voicemail from this company from a ****************** instructing me to call them today. He said that I have been flagged as evasive and non compliant. When I called back I spoke with a man named ****** who informed me that I had taken a loan prior to 2015 when you were employed by xxxxxx, OR xxxxxxx from a company called EZ Money in the amount of $600, and now with penalties and interest the amount of $1,310 is due immediately. After explaining to this man multiple times that I have no knowledge of this matter and that I am requesting complete documentation, he became increasingly frustrated and repeatedly interrupted me. He told me that the only way I would get any documentation was to establish a payment arrangement and that he knew all the details and that I have had plenty of time to take care of this matter. I explained one last time that once I had received the documentation I would contact them to advise them of my intentions and I was told,thats not the way it works.I ended the conversation and disconnected the call and immediately went online to research who this company is and have seen multiple people with the same complaints, all with the same time frame and same company that they supposedly took a loan from. This is straight up harassment.I regularly check my credit reports and I have not seen anything from this company or from the **************** that they claim I defaulted on a loan from. This company needs to be investigated by the *** and any other agency that handles this type of fraud and harassment.Initial Complaint

12/30/22 SPAM Alert-MAC (Mediation Account Services) calling/threatening text messages re a loan with EZ Money (2015). I have never had a loan with these people and they are threatening with a judgement against me. They refuse to provide any type of documentation and yelled at me when I requested proof. They have all of my personal/confidential information (address, employer, SS# and Drivers license) which is scary enough.Initial Complaint

Mediation Account Center called me on 12/28/2022 at 11:55 am stating I owed $500.00 for a ** LOAN CORPERATION from 2015 in *********. I have never barrowed a loan from this company in person or online. I called the ** LOAN service number and they have no recorded of a loan under my name. I asked Mediation Account Center for the Declaration of Debt from ** LOAN and the so called legal team rep hung up on me. This is a scam Mediation Account Center wanted me to pay the $500.00 or go to court. Ill take the chance to go to court. There is no ** LOAN on my credit report.Initial Complaint

This company called me and said I owed a payday loan company from 2015 called Ez money. I said I had not done business with this company. They said I owed $900 and if I didnt pay they would file a judgment in court and guarnish my wages. I said I wanted to see the contract with my signature before I pAid anything. They said that would take too long. I said no contract then no money. The lady started yelling at me to pay at least $500. I said I wouldnt pay a dime unless I saw a contract with my signature on it. The lady started yelling again so I said so she me. Then I hung up in her. She called a relative to find me in the first place. I have been harassed for years and these people have even called relatives and in-laws to further harass me. I given them my address in the past and told them to send me legal correspondence but they have never sent me anything. Now I get a call from this company "Mediation Account Center" (****** at ************). Telling me that a company EZ Corp Easy Money loaned me $500. I tried to get them to send me correspondence to my address or at least my email and they stated because they have all of my information that they are not scammers but they cannot prolong the process by sending me correspondence. I suppose I will have to see them in court in order to find out whether or not it is a serious entity but I have not received anything from them and judging by other better Business Bureau Complaints they seem to be a total scam. They told me that my case went to collections in 2015 but I have been harassed by the similar issue even before then. Consistency in this scam is "EZ Corp," the year 2015 and the empty threats. My mom received a call looking for me. I called the number and was told I owe money from a payday loan ******* from 2015. I told them I have never been there and never used their services. They couldnt give me exact information but had a bunch of my information which was scary. Mostly old information but still scary. Told me I committed fraud and if this went to court it would look very bad on my part. They bullied me into setting up a payment plan. My wife received a call from them today, claiming she owed $900 from a payday loan service called EZPay back in 2015. She has never used this loan servicer. They had access to her social security number, previous addresses, even the names and numbers of relatives. She requested documentation of the loan and they refused. They threatened to bring her to court if she didn't pay a reduced amount of $720 over the phone. She was finally able to talk to a supervisor who was incredibly rude and wouldn't let her talk or ask questions. When I suggested her identity was stolen he simply stated "That's speculation" and continued to talk over her and threaten her with being taken to court, then hung up.Initial Complaint

Mediation arbitration center continues to make harassing fraudulent claims regarding a non-existent loan. They have obtained all of my personal and Social Security information illegally. They threaten lawsuits, being arrested, and name-calling. When confronted with not having a license with the **************** for business practices. I do not owe, any outstanding loans. I have asked repeatedly for them not to call and for them to mail any and all information regarding this claim. They refuse to provide any information regarding the legality of this collection. They are not licensed in the **************** to do any type of collection business. For the past three days, I have received a voicemail from a man stating there is a very serious case against me and I need to call a **** back to discuss. When I called the number back it rings and ring until it goes a voicemail - oddly enough the voice of the same man who called me. They asked for name and phone number to return a call, no message was left. They have also started called my parents (where I once lived) leaving the same message for me. There is no information or debt owed that this type of organization would call me, nor have they provided actual information to make me belief they have legitimate information. I was contacted my a company today 12/07/2022, called Mediation Account Services stating I had taken out a loan in 2015 through EZ ********** of over $1000 and stated that they were hired to collect the money. If they didnt have success a judgement was gonna be filed at the county clerks. She also, mentioned it would be attached to my drivers license and my social security number which she read off all 9 digits of my ss#, that is scary, read me an address that was one of my children's. Told me I was working at ******, which I did work there but, not in that year or close. I told her to call me back tomorrow. So, I did my investigating on this company and came across BBB.org and I see Im not the only one and there is lots of complaints. They did mention that I can settle this in one lump sum of $700 or I can make monthly payments of $250 for 5 months. So, when she calls me tomorrow and I tell her no, well see how she responds.
