    Spoke to them today and they have all my information and that I am on disability. They told me they were in ************** but could not find them in that county but did find the in **********. They tried to threaten me but I let the know in ******* we have a 5 years statue to collect not wait from 2015. So they are a scam and it needs to stop.

    This company says to me I owe them for a debt but this is just it I don't owe money cause I don't make huge purchases at all so saying this to me is ** and well I know it to be a **** and I want them to stop calling me or get on with their ** and if I owe money send me to court and let's see what this is truly for cause there's more people with my name in California and the United States so let's see so when I sue you for harassing phone calls and press charges you'll know exactly what it's for.

    ***** getting calls/voicemails regarding a "cash advance" from 2015. Not only did I not ever take out any cash advances, or have any idea who this cash advance company is, the timeframe is too old to be collected on anyways. At this point they are just annoying me by calling everyday. Total fraudulent attempt to get people to pay money they don't actually owe.I'm 99% sure they got my information from a previous hack related to Hotmail, the same outdated information has been used several different places to attempt to open lines of credit for several years now since my information was first stolen.

    They call 10 plus times a day from 6 am to 9pm illegally threatening me with legal actions threatening my job etc which is unlawful. Then if you press 1 to talk to them they want you to give them your information for them to verify. Give me what you have morons. This company needs shut down

    This so called Debt collection agency leaves **** messages calls at 5:45 5:46 am saying I am evasive non compliant on a 8 year loan from EZ Money that I never took out ! They have My SS# Phone number address personal Information ! When I asked to please send me my debt collectors information they lied several times saying they sent something in the mail **** I never received nothing in the mail or email I have the **** message recording saying I am going to be arrested by a sheriff for non compliant on a Debt I Have no physical proof of ! BBB investigate this company of scammers !!!

    Much like other reviews, receive threatening calls calling me evasive and non compliant on loans I never accepted! They have my DOB and SS # illegally! Call my family members as well to attempt to obtain more information on me. When I call and demand to be transferred to ***********************, I was told there is no such person at that company. Made 2 additional calls to only be hung up on as I demanded to be transferred to *********************** and receive information as to why they are calling me. The 1 star review for this company is not accurate. ****!!

    They have called my cell several times a day over the past few weeks, I have spoken to them, claimed I owed for a EZ payday loan from ******************************************** I asked them to provide backup for this and got nothing but more phone calls. They called my mother and my daughter leaving messages when I have already told them I dont owe any payday loan. Continual harassing phone calls and messages.

    I saw I had a voicemail, as Im hearing the message it stated it was **** from Mediation Account Center?? And I it was imperative I call back. I called the number he left, no one answered it was a voicemail. So I decided to ****** this company before calling again, and BAM!! It took me straight to BBB and after reading all the complaints, so I called this fake useless company. First they answered how can I help you I stated you called me, how can I help you?? **** then begins to say I owe 300 from a payday loan I supposedly took out in 2014. Yeah ok! That information is as fake as this company. **** (representative fake mediator) then repeated my ssn as a scared tactic ( Im not scared because I placed a freeze on my ssn because I was a victim of fraud in 2021). He asked for my address, I said no I dont want too. He then repeated a few old addresses & mentioned he will go ahead and escalate my case to their legal team for further action. Then he hung up. I waited a few *********** called back and he answered and I asked whats your physical address of your company ?? He stated Im not going to give it to you. And I said because this is a scam, dont ever call my number again b***h! Im thankful for the reviews & thankful I read them before having any contact with this fake scamming company!!

    They called me several times and threatened legal action. Like a dummy I believed them. They have already taken me for about $400 @ $50 a month.
