    I had three phone calls with them, and every time they asked for money or access to my accounts, it was someone different with every phone call. They got my business for $800 without delivering on any of the services they promised, then asked for the password for access to my ****** Business profile to help manage my content, but that seems unnecessary for what was discussed in our prior conversations. so now I have paid money, seen zero results, and now I'm being asked to hand over the keys to the car, at which point they can highjack my entire business. no thanks. I asked about their refund policy, and instead of handing me off to a supervisor who was available moments earlier to help convince me to click their emailed links to move forward, she said no supervisor was available and that someone would be in contact with me to discuss a refund and hung up the call.

    This company is a scam. I have reached out by calling the phone number, emailing them repeatedly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would rate them a 0/5 if I could!!!

    This company is a scam. I have reached out by calling the phone number, emailing them repeatedly. I have canceled my card and they get my new card number. I have contacted the bank and requested to close my account but since its a recurring charge they will still charge my card even AFTER I've closed the account. This is ridiculous and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would rate them a 0/5 if I could!!!

    This company is doing to me what they have done to other companies. They do good work for the first few months and then stop calling and scheduling appointments but they keep charging me for each month. I have called my bank fraud **** to get my money back from this company. I have called multiple times and emailed, both with NO success of any return call or email. Do Not Use this company, they are like all the other scammers out there.

    For the first few months, they were doing what they were supposed to be. Which was updating my ******* and getting my SEO in order. AFTER A FEW MONTHS, I STOP BEING ABLE TO REACH THEM. I KNEW I WAS UNDER CONTRACT FOR A ***** AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERENT DOING THEIR JOBS, I CHALKED IT UP AS A LOSS AFTER THE ***** I TOLD THEM I WANTED IT CANCELED, AND THAT WAS BACK IN OCTOBER 2023, AND WE ARE IN MAY ************************************ EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I HAVE HAD TO, DESTROY MY CARD, AND GET A NEW ONE, AND THEN THEY SOMEHOW GOT A HOLD OF MY HUSBANDS CARD, AND TRY CHARGING THAT ONE. NONE OF THEIR NUMBERS WORK, THEY CANT BE REACHED VIA EMAIL. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AND ARE COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE.

    If i could guve the a zero or a negative number I would. They dont answer the phone. They dont provide the service the offered. *** tried to cancel with them for months and they say no im under contract. The manager finally called me and said no even when i pointed out their reviews and Bbb complaints. He said he didnt care. I told him id hire an attorney for work not performed and stop payment. He said read the contract youll have to come to ******* to dispute it. They are robbing people and he doesnt care.
