    This business is a scam. DO NOT allow them to "work on your SEO.' They say they will work to enhance your online presence, but the only work they do is during the 15 minute monthly call. I've dealt with 6 different people since signing up. None have done anything to improve my search engine results. Most recently they failed to call for the March 2025 monthly meeting. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue.Also, if they suggest financing any portion of the cost through *************************** DO NOT take that option. You are locked into repaying money for services you are not getting.

    This company is not providing the service and is taking our money on a monthly basis. They do not communicate with us in any way and do not provide the service that is being paid for. There is no way to know if they are even doing their job and no way to cancel the service. It appears we have been scammed.

    I have not used this company since February 2023, yet they have been trying to run my card monthly for $99.00; it has been declined every time. My lawyer has sent them a letter stating I no longer wanted their service bace in November 2023. Well, they are being slick, and they added a two at the end of their name and ran my card 8 times in one day. Then the next day they ran it another 8 times. I have changed my card 3 times now, and 8 within three days, they have my new number. When I called them, they wanted more personal information like my birthday, and I would not give it to them, so they hung up on me. I believe this is a scam, and I would like them to pay me back the $1600.00 that they tried to take from me.

    Was contacted by business about seo service. Turns out they are a scam. After requesting them to cancel the service they continue to charge. Have sent multiple emails. They phone listed is also not in service.

    I started a Month to Month cancel any time subscription in May 2023 with Local Presence online for $149 a month, after a month I went to cancel it June of 2023. In July, August, September, October and now November they have proceeded to charge me. I have called, texted and sent emails to them also showing my contract and telling them to cancel the subscription. They are still charging me as clothing which is not what this company says they do and will not cancel my subscription. They have now taken $745 of my business money that was not authorized. I have tried for months now to deal with them and nothing is being done.

    Entered into a contract on 10/6/2021 for 12 months. There was a $599.00 start-up and $159.00/mo service fee. The contract has no provision for extending once initial service contract expires. However, Local Presence ****************** continued to bill monthly. This was fine for awhile as we still had monthly updates and such. Over time I felt the value was no longer there and the monthly updates disappeared. I've tried calling several times to no return call. I've emailed several times. Around 4/18/23 I requested that my service be cancelled. After a few email attempts I received confirmation from *********************** that my service was canceled. As shown I clearly satisfied my 12 month contract as October 2022 would have been 12 months. By April 2023 we were at 18 months. The problem now is that this Local Presence Online (Clutch Digital) is still charging my credit card each month. That is **** June, July, and August. I can concede a 30 day notification window and accept *** being charged. However, June, July and August charges are not acceptable given the email confirmation my service was cancelled. I've disputed the charges and am awaiting a resolution. I've also canceled my credit card. What I'm looking for is re-imbursement for 3 months charges. That is $477.00 or $159 x 3. Attached are the email exchange and the contract. on Page 2 you'll see the short interaction at the very top from *********************** confirming subscription has been cancelled.
