I walked to the counter to provide my new credit card information to the young girl at the counter. Unfortunately, she did not update my card correctly so the paytments never posted and my membership was terminated due to a 'lack of payment' Mind you I have been going to the Gardens location making use of the gym and no one at the desk stopped me to let me know that I was in arrears. The new kids they have working the front desk at the Gardens location seem to be more interested in socializing than paying attention to these important details for the members. It wasn't until I went to the Jupiter location that a lady stopped me to tell me that my membership had been canceled. She saw in the system my attempt to replace my payment option but it was not processed incorrectly on their end. Mind you the other 2 accounts I have for my sons were done correctly. Now they tell me that they can reinstate the membership but not at the same rate that I had prior! I have left messages to the manager and have not heard from anyone. How is this my fault?? Clearly, they are not training their staff properly or this never would have happened but now no one wants to respond and/or accept the blame on their end. I would like my membership reinstated at my original rate as it was clearly an error on their end.
