      Unethical company that will refuse to cancel your order. Do not order from the place

      I would give them a zero star if it were available. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered saddle bags that were "next business day ship." My receipt specifically say "next business day ship." I specifically ordered these bags because they were "next business day ship." This order was placed on May 5th, 2023, it is now June 3rd, 2023, still no delivery on my next day ship item. I have contacted J&P four times to resolve this issue. They insist that this isn't their problem and that there is NOTHING that they can do to help get this resolved. J&P customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. They have never reached out to me to reassure me that my order will be taken care of. They do not care about their customers, they do care about taking your money though. They say they care, but trust that they DO NOT CARE. They took my payment without a problem, and now I'm left with figuring out how to resolve this issue. My next stop is a lawyer. I will NEVER order or recommend J&P Cycle to anyone. My first and last experience with this horrible company.
