      After installing my order of Rockford Fosgate Power 6.5" Full Range Fairing Speakers, I was very disappointed in the sound quality. This pair of speakers cost $300 and should have been one of the best options for 6.5" speakers on the market. I contacted customer service in order to begin the return process, and spoke to a Supervisor. They informed me that because I had installed the speakers, I could not return them. As with any purchase made online, I believe it is a common belief that the customer has the right to inspect and review the product to determine if aligns with what they were sold. In order to determine if these speakers were of the quality that can be expected from a $300 pair of speakers, the would not only be visually inspected for any cracks/dents/etc., but because they are speakers, they would also need to be installed and have audio played through them. I should not lose the ability to return an item only because I did what was required to determine their quality.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/06/14) */ We called and left our customer a VM asking them to call us back to discuss their concern. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/06/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have called the business 10 separate times with no answer since receiving the voicemail. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/06/16) */ We had the opportunity to speak with our customer. Unfortunately none of the calls made left any VM. We discussed our return policy on used items, and buyers remorse. After discussing everything we presented our customer with the option to send them back for review, and if determined to be nothing wrong, we would return them. If they were deemed to be defective, then we would exchange or refund. At this point our customer was not sure if they wanted to uninstall and return them for review. We left it at, they would call us and let us know how they wanted to proceed.
