1 starIf zero was an option I'd pick it. Predatory business, if you go be aware there is a MANDATORY add on of $1600 for thier useless "Elite Protection Plan ", which they don't tell you about until you get there, it's not explained in their website at all.. and the highest fees I've seen, $1900 for thier prep fees and another $900 on top of that. The price you see online is NOT the final price. That's fact, be aware of that. Then there is the almost 20% finance rate that even the finance *** tells you to refi if you can or get rid of the car in 2 years (trade it in). Absolutely would not recommend, go somewhere else unless your desperate, and that's who their looking for. Run.Review fromLousita L

1 starI purchased a car from the Orlando location on the first of January 2025. I agreed to a price shown to me on one receipt, so I signed the papers for the price I was shown. Weeks later, when I got my first bill for the lender that the dealership chose, I found out that I was charged thousands of dollars more than I agreed to. I looked back over the papers and not only did they charge me for things that I didnt agree to, but misled me by thinking the receipt that I was shown in the dealership would be the price that I would be charged, which it should've been. I have noticed many other people here file complaints and reviews here on Better Business Bureau for the same things within around the same time frame of the first months of the beginning of 2025, so this is not an uncommon occurrence.H. 1 starI would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of *****. While our salesman was great, the rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare riddled with unethical practices, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.First, they added a non-optional Elite Protection Package for $1,500 an outrageous hidden fee disguised as an add-on that we had no choice but to pay. Despite this, we proceeded with the purchase, even knowing the cars AC wasnt working. They assured us it was a simple Freon issue and gave us a written promise to fix it. Getting them to honor that promise was a battle. Calls went unanswered, voicemails ignored, and after countless attempts.When I eventually dropped the car off, they changed their estimate from three days to a week. After finally getting the car back, it overheated on the way home. Once again, I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone for days. When I finally reached someone, they arranged a tow and claimed to fix the issue but just three days later, it overheated again.This time, they told me they would assess the issue and call me but never did. After chasing them down in person, they claimed a coil needed to be ordered and that it would take another week. When I asked for help arranging alternate transportation, I requested to speak to a manager. Instead, I was met by someone who wasnt even a manager and was told they wouldnt fix the car because it wasnt promised, since it was no longer considered an AC issue. They simply told me to take it elsewhere.This company is deceptive, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. I wouldnt recommend ***** to anyone. 1 starThe financial agent ask me if I wanted to make payments bi- weekly saying I will save money but never disclosed a third party named ************* that charges an initial fee of $399.00 and they charge you fees every time they make a payment to your lender.Really not honest when they don't tell you upfront about this 3rd party company. 1 starI brought my truck 11/2023. The care was $22k on the window, by the time I left it was $28k. They added warranties that I didnt want or ask for. THEN they didnt even pay the companies, so I paid for GAP and interior warranty, but they companies never recieved my information on the truck.. I called my loan, they say I have to work it out with the company. I call HGREG and they just place me on hold and never answer the phone. Please do not buy a car with them! 1 starI would not even rate this company.This company is very dishonest and unprofessional. I was told they inspect the vehicles. The sales agent tried to get me to choose a car from the computer because the 3 that I was interested in was a lot and the sun was hot and too many to bring to the front. I informed him I didnt mind walking to look at the vehicles. I should have walked away then. The finance manager tried to get me to purchase extended bumper to bumper coverage even after they attach an extra $1695 Elite package. He then looked me in the eye and told me the balance of the infinity manufacture Warrenty would it transfer to me. This was a bold face lie as confirmed when I called infinity to inquire and was told it indeed transfer. The worst is I deposited $5000 in cash in good faith for purchasing an Infinity. I was told to pre sign the documents so things would be easier when I return, I was very naive. Upon my return with a friend who was able to do a proper evaluation, it was discovered the windows and doors were not working properly. The vehicle was unsafe. I was informed there was no returns, and could only exchange or they could check with service see what the issue is which they have 30 days to do.I felt pressured into choosing another vehicle because they only give 5 days for exchange. I eventually chose a less expensive vehicle, obtained my own financing and paid them cash. This was complicated 7/15/24. To date they are still holding my $5000 and have not returned my money.This was my worst car buying experience.Review fromErin R

1 star*BUYER BEWARE* I should have never gone to HGREG! Please make sure you check under the hood before you buy anything here. I took my new truck home after spending $33,000 and see that the coolant cap is missing. We checked the oil, and there was not one drop of oil in this truck. The engine could have blown and where is the coolant cap? I call their office in Orlando on Jet Port and talk to ******* one of the managers on duty. The very first sentence out of his mouth as I am trying to explain to him the coolant cap is missing, he accuses me of stealing it! Are you kidding me! Why would I spend $33,000 and then turn around and lie about a missing coolant cap! I had to go out and buy the cap and the mechanic asked me to add oil before I bring it back to them for service! Are you serious! Have the customer who just spent all that money have to add oil! Ridiculous! I was on the phone with the mechanic, ******** all day for over 8 hours because the brake light service was on, so they needed to check my brakes and do an oil change. What he said would be a quick fix, took them 8 hours and I had to call and text with them all day just for an update. The Sales **** **** would not even talk to me or look at when I picked the truck back up. I asked over and over for a copy of the past service they had done on the truck and no one will provided me with that, I had to ask over 5 times for them to put a print out of what they did that day in the truck for my records so I can take it to my mechanic so they can actually tell me if there is anything wrong with the truck. They tell you these vehicles are inspected numerous times, and they would never sell you a car that was not in good shape. A missing coolant cap and no oil in the vehicle! How long was it sitting on the lot like that and how many others test drove the truck before I bought it. I feel very taken advantage of.Review fromPaul P

1 starThis dealer charges for unnecessary ad-ons and makes you purchase them or they wont sell the car. 1500$ for a detailing package??? I told them i didnt want it and they said i cant buy the car if i dont buy it. I walked out and bought a car elsewhere and got a better deal and had no add ons Be aware of your paperwork and dont just sign anythingReview fromAmber A

1 starWe purchased a 2021 Ram with 40k miles in February. It had a check engine light on but we were assured it was a sensor and was fixed before we left. The next day the truck would not accelerate. HGreg had to send a tow truck to pick up the truck. ***** told us he was canceling the deal and to come in and pick a new vehicle. We live 2 hours away but made a 4 hour trip because that is what ***** told us to do. Once we got there, ***** got his manager ***** who said I dont know why you guys came down here, we need to figure out what is wrong with the truck and fix it. ***** told us to go home and he would contact us the next day to let us know what was wrong with the truck. He didnt.It took them nearly 2 weeks to fix the vehicle. During these 2 weeks, getting a hold of anyone in management was impossible. No one answers. No one returns calls.Turns out, they didnt cancel the deal. It went through and I started receiving statements from ************ The vehicle was 25k. We ended up financing 36k. They make you buy a $1400 tire package that you will use never. They slipped a $125 donation that I didnt agree to in there. We purchased a warranty but they added another one that we didnt agree to as well. And completely our fault, we shouldve looked at everything before signing but after 6 hours, we were ready to leave and didnt review the paperwork until we made it home.We were finally able to speak with the ***************** on March 1st who agreed to cancel the deal and send us back our down payment. We didnt receive a check for over 2 weeks after that conversation. Today is April 3rd and the truck was just paid off today. 6 weeks & 2 days later. They sent the check to *********** without the account number on it so it wasnt applied until I called both sides numerous times to fix it. Today I received an email from the office manager *************************************** that was so rude and completely unacceptable for the stress that THEY have caused me. No apology. 1 starExtremely upset constumer. I bought my 2017 Tuscan here and they gave me a we owe slip because my AC was not working. So I brought it to *** boys(company they work with) to fix my AC. All they did was put free on in it and put blue dye to see if there is leak and I was told I have 6 months to bring it in. Well literally been 5 months and 2 weeks and all the free on is leaked out of my car. *** boys said the leak was most likely there when I purchased the car since all the free on leaked out by now. That is a shame. They did not properly diagnose my AC in the first place and went for an easy fix by just adding free on. They should be ashamed. No one is bothering to answer my phone calls what so ever. And the one lady that did speak with me just said "there is nothing we can do because your car is over the 5-day limit". Didn't ask me questions, didn't look up my car or the previous we owe slip. She was so rude as if she enjoyed it.
