They have wrongly towed my vehicle not once not twice but 3 times, all while knowing I’m having issues with getting an appt at the dmv to register my vehicle. The first day It was towed was 03/10/23, and I had to pay $125, then Saturday It was towed again not even 24 hours later, and apparently because of the weekend I had to pay $175, then Tuesday comes and they tow It again so I had to pay $125 again, not even on Monday they didn’t take It, so now at this point it’s personal. This business is also carrying guns on their body and openly showing them and in Florida this is not a open carry state, doesn’t matter If it’s private property or not they shouldn’t be intimidating residents from complex’s they have contracts with. On top of that, I know it’s personal because I have an image from when I picked up my vehicle and other vehicles had a warning sticker but mine, not only that but I threw one thing on the floor in the lot and the worker didn’t want to release my car after I already paid him for It until I picked up that trash, which is ridiculous at this point. This company has bad reputation and terrible workers that carry guns like it’s ok. Please please look into them
And also they don’t provide a receipt, they take my vehicle take my money but provide no proofBusiness Response

Good afternoon.
The vehicle she's referring to, its her partners. This vehicle has been towed for improper display of tag. The tag that the vehicle had, it does not belong to it. Which means this vehicle does not have insurance. which also means that if anything happens with that car in property it can be a liability. This person came in to the yard, to the complex office really aggressive. very rude, threaten that she was going to blast, to shoot the workers ( which its all in company's recording). She was advised by us and by the complex on what to do. The vehicle that she stating that were stickered. Those were stickered for another violation. We hope that after this, the issue can be fixed.
Thank you so much!

We parked our car at my brothers apartment complex in the visitors parking lot, directly in front of the visitors parking sign. In the photos the tower had, it is clearly visible. The tow company was and I quote "waiting to get anyone that slipped up". Within 30 minutes my car was gone. They admitted it was by mistake and yet the tower said if he refunds us it comes from his paycheck so he can't. Not only we're we wrongfully towed, we were told it was wrong but we couldn't be refunded. It's a scam.Business Response

after reviewing the photos the car was not parked in visitor spot. the apartment complex requires a parking permit to park there when the owner pick up the car jason admitted that was not in a visitor spot and beg for a discount because it was his birthday. This not a scam. when you make a complaint don't lie about begin in a visitor spot.

IN THE PHOTO YOUR EMPLOYEES TOOK, WE WERE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE VISITOR LOT SIGN. He did not ask for a discount because of his birthday. The manager at the apartment complex has also called last week to assure you we were in a visitor spot. We were parked in the visitor spot, next to the other visitor that was there, who is the girlfriend of my brother. This is a SCAM.Initial Complaint

I was parked in the incorrect parking space, I accept that. Driver dragged my car out leaving tire marks on the ground. Now my car is shaking so I emailed the manager and instead of him asking questions he emailed me saying my driver dragged your car 8 feet that won't hurt your car. Driver also drove fast over the speed bumps. I asked for them to pay for a check up and got nothing.Business Response

We just arrived to a location and tow truck company watch us walk into a location. We were at the location for less then 15 minutes ordering food and the tow truck pick up our vehicle and stated we had to pay him 125 dollars cash and no other form of payment was acceptable. We requested a receipt and the person refused to provide a receipt. He stated it wasn't his problem to provide a receipt, he only wants his money. No money no car. The tow truck driver did the same thing to several vehicles.Business Response

Vehicle was towed by New Generation Towing after I paid to park in a section of a parking lot. I willfully chose to park there as it was a private section. It appears that the person collecting the money for that spot and putting out cones was working in cohort with New Generation Towing.
Went to recover my vehicle and was told that they only accept cash. They made me use an old ATM at the location to pull out cash.
They charged me $130 to recover the vehicle. They never sent me a receipt for the towing services. When I called them, he said he would try to send the receipt later in the day. Been days later, no receipt. It is apparent that they are running an illegal operation here. They are luring vehicles and then towing them. They are refusing to provide receipts of their services. They are only accepting cash.Business Response

New Generation Towing And Recovery
10850 Cosmonaut Blvd, Orlando, FL 32824
This company illegally towed my car from my apartment complex. They were extremely rude and unapologetic as to tell me why my car was towed. Also, they only accept cash. If you read their reviews, the reviews are stating that they are removing stickers from the license plates and stealing cars among other complaints.
This company should be addressed immediately.Business Response
