      This place is running scams. It has people watching the place then they wait until you go inside your house for about 5 10 minutes then they tow your car. The tow company has a F and a Better Business Bureau and has 32 complaints and four recent complaints. Last time they messed up my door who knows what they did to it now I havent picked it up yet. Hopefully they didnt damage it too bad. Yes they towed it before. Besides the circumstances its still on a illegal Tow.

      Ghetto employees. They make you wait an hour for someone to show up. They just hang up on you while you are asking questions. This place is a joke.

      This is for the location address of **********************************************. I would rate this experience a 0 star if I could. So long story short. Car had gotten towed not even 10 minutes after we arrived at our bnb. We get here to pick up the car. The man ******** (easily could have given us a fake name) was beyond rude. We get there and my wife is scared to go in by herself with this man and I ask if I can go in and he could have politely said sorry we only allow the owner, but no he gives me a smarky a** response on how Im not able to. A few minutes later she texts me and says shes scared so I FaceTime her. We dont see her for a solid 10 minutes while hes back there with her so we get out of the car and stand near it looking through the gate for her. ******** and her come back and refused to let her leave until we backed away because and I quote we look like a gang. Like are you serious? He proceeded to get hostile so we threaten to call the police because of that and also he wouldnt give my wife back because she wasnt standing exactly where she wanted him to while she was on the phone with her dad trying to figure this out since shes not on the registration but shes on the insurance and shes a registered driver. We called the cops and then he proceeded to tell us to get off the property and if we didnt that he was gonna trespass us and I quote make it much more difficult for us to get the car back. I have never met someone so unprofessional and rude and I deeply hope he has a 1 on 1 with his manger about his customer service cause he doesnt have any.

      Beyond stalking, they hold women behind ***** while crying and verbally telling them shes scared. Change prices from phone call, to in person, to witness asking. Damages cars in ***, but wont accept responsibility. Employees should NOTTTT be working with the general public as they do nothing but threaten personal safety and damage personal property. This place needs a major investigation!!!!

      Scumbag thiefs and buena vida complex is in cahoots. They ripped the sticker of my rental car and towed it in the middle of the night and you can call the cops bc they only tow from gated communities they work for so the police cant do anything but tell you to talk to the hoa because its gated they prey on vacationers who do not have the money or time to come back and fight them in court. I hope you all die a death you desear e and thats getting you whole wide open when you end up in jail for this and have to watch your wife get pounded by some ramdom dude while your kids watch

      Took my car illegally and I recorded the person saying one price and then said a totally different price in the lot.

      Very rude and towed my vehiicle when it had a permit in windshield they say driver didn"t see and they have a contract with my HOA Association and not even an apology wanted to charge me $175 to recover but saw permit in window and released my vehicle!! This company has many bad reviews and should not be able to get away with this I had my vehicle towed at 2:24am and didn't get it back until 9:15am today !! New Generation Towing should not be allowed to get away with this anymore!

      This company came into my apartment complex on Easter Sunday looking for cars to tow! My car was missing when I went to go to work I had to call police to report my car missing to which the police told me the company reported my car to be towed from personal property so they took it. When I called they said they took my car from my apartment because my tags were expired and if I wanted my car back I had to pay them every day my cat was there intill I got my car registration fix! I let them know there was a mistake my car was not expired I had registration to prove it so he said fine bring that to us and you can have your car back for 175.00 ! They are scam artist there no reason for them to steal my car from my home !!!!! And charge me to get it back I took my registration to them showing it was not expired and he showed me my old tag showing 22 year on it ! Someone took off my tag because it was there last week! Nothing I could do or say but to give them 175 to receive my car back even though no reason at all to tow my car !! Filed a police report and filing civil law suit for them stealing my car and black mailing me for money to get it back
