  Es una ESTAFA Olympia Pharmacy ??OJO.. NO COMPREN. Me ofrecieron una receta medica mediante una entidad que me cobraria un cargo aparte por la receta. La entidad medica que hizo la receta no tuvo comunicacion conmigo, todo se realizo mediante Olympia Pharmacy por llamada ********** y me realizaron un cargo a la tarjeta de credito. Olympia Pharmacy acordo enviar mi paquete *** Next Day ya que el medicamento requiere de refrigeracion y me indican que llegaria el viernes 18 de ***** de 2025. *** me envia e-mail notificando la entrega la cual nunca se llevo a cabo. Trate de avisar a *** y a la farmacia pero nadie me pudo ayudar, no respondieron mensajes ni llamadas y en *** me trataron super mal. El lunes 21 de ***** **************************** comunique con Olympia y quedaron en devolverme mi dinero completo incluyendo el dinero de la receta que ellos fueron quienes la gestionaron y nunca tuve comunicacion con ningun medico referente a esta. El martes 22 de ***** 2025 no habia recibido llamada, ni email, ni rembolsos, por todo lo que estaba pasando, ni siquiera recib unas disculpas y ahora se niegan a devolverme el cargo de la receta que ellos tramitaron. Jamas imagine que esta compaia fuera as, es muy cuestionable su proceder y su forma de operar y tratar al cliente. NO RECOMIENDO A OLYMPIA PHARMACY. Es lamentable que hagan pasar al cliente por tantos malos ratos despues que el cliente a cumplido con su pago y a confiado en sus servicios. No descansare hasta recobrar mi dinero y me encargare todos los **** de dejarle saber a cada persona con quien interactue lo pesima que es esta compaia en servicio y calidad. Cabe sealar que el paquete despues de estar no se en que planeta, aparecio, *** llego lunes 21 de ***** 2025 a las 8:00 de noche con el paquete caliente, al abrirlo todo el hielo estaba descongelado obviamente y todos los productos calientes. Olympia te pide que le devuelvas los productos daados, CUIDADO con eso. Cuestionable y Dudosos sus procesos ??

  Amazing product ************ Trimix is a life changer . I saw so many companies advertise this product but found this company best priced and excellent service. Initial consultation efficient and my first supply came quickly.

  Product did not meet expectations they sent a return label *** returned product still have shipping receipt never received any of my $482.dollars back,very disappointed in *********they advertising product satisfaction but no follow thru do not do any business with this company.

  I write to compliment Olympia on their customer service. I ordered a product from them that required overnight delivery because the product had to be kept frozen. *** delivered to the wrong address, and it eventually ended up on my doorstep warm and defrosted.I asked for a replacement, but my sales rep demurred. Not sure why, but I came away feeling that his job was to interdict customer requests that would impose costs on the company. I elevated the request with marginal improvement. Eventually I got to a more-senior person who understood the problem. He acknowledged that if it had been handled properly from the outset, Olympia could have made a claim against *** (the window for a claim had passed by this point). He took full responsibility and replaced the entire shipment at no charge to me.It took more effort on my part than it should have--but they could have doubled down and refused to accommodate my request; instead, they chose the correct, customer-friendly, path. I applaud them and thank them.
