    On June 24, 2025, I placed an order for two vials of 503B compounded tirzepatide through LumiMeds, a telehealth service for weight loss medication. The total cost of two 75 mg vials of 15.0 mg tirzepatide was $600. There was an expected turnaround time of 7-10 business days. I was never provided with a tracking number. I was told by LumiMeds that my medication would be shipping from Valiant Pharmacy in ******** as this is who they use. I knew the **** were branded by Olympia Pharmacy. I was expecting to receive some sort of tracking and other information to indicate a signature was or was not required for delivery. This is a refrigerated medication. Today ******** provided a tracking link which shows the package on my porch along with a package that I did actually receive. I paid $600 and received nothing. The delivery was not on my porch. Now I am out $600 and my medication. I have emailed both companies and still have no resolution. I have filed a claim with ***.

    Up until July we were not fulfilling LumiMed prescriptions directly. We would be more than happy to fill their prescription if LumiMeds were to process it again through our pharmacy.

    Pharmacy has responded saying that they did not fill this prescription. However this is a copy of an email that I received from Olympia pharmacy stating that they were filling the order. Im confused as to how they didnt fill the order if they sent an email saying that they did. Shipment information says that it was shipped from Olympia Pharmacy in *******, *******. Isnt this who I reported?

    Business has stated that they did not directly fill the prescription. However, I received this email from the company as well as *** states that the prescription was shipped from Olympia pharmacy. Unsure how this is not them.

Please know that regarding any refunds you will need to inquire with the company in which you purchased the medication through, as we do not directly collect any payment from you as a patient.

    I purchased *********** from Olympia Pharmacy around May 24, 2025 after speaking with a representative named **** *. I paid $391.I asked about the expiration date specifically because I would need to pause use for a week or so for surgery. He assured me that the medication would expire in 2026 and stated that it would yield 25 injections. Trusting this info I placed my order. When I received the product, the expiration date was October 2025months earlier than promised.I called to speak with a manager to express my concerns about the order and what **** had explained to me about this purchase. The manager told me that **** T has worked there for a while and he doesnt know why he would tell me the prescription would expire in 2026. The manager confirmed that the prescription would expire in 2025 as the label stated. Prescription label w/instructions wasnt accurate, different from pharmacist discussion.Additionally, the medication arrived without ice packs, which contradicts storage guidelines and what their own pharmacist told me during my intake to keep it in the fridge til 1st use. **** T claimed the new formula did not require refrigeration at all.Research also states the medicine should be discarded in 30 days for safety reasons. Prescription expires Oct 2025, I purchased in May ******* make matters worse, I gave my bank card info to representaticve **** T over the phone. Keep in mind, I live in ******** and Olympia pharmacy is in *******. Within three days of placing my order, I had 14 fraudulent charges on my bank account totaling $1,655.86, all made in *******. I can provide proof. I strongly suspect my card information was not securely handled by **** *. I do not like how I was handled by Olympia. I feel like I have wasted $391 dollars and Im not sure if the medicine is safe to use now. I used this company because I received *********** from Olympia pharmacy while on the Weight Watcher's program so I trusted them because of that. I was wrong.

    I ordered a prescription from Olympia Pharmacy on 5/15. They sent me an email that it shipped and charged my credit card and I never received anything. I contacted them a few days later on 5/19 and they said they will refund my money - that the pharmacist cancelled out the prescription but they will do a new one and get it re-sent and I will be charged again when it ships. I was charged a second time and recieved the medication on 5/20. On 5/22 I had not yet been refunded for the first prescription that never made it to me. I contacted customer service again and they said they would refund me. On 5/29 I got an email I was refunded but it has yet to show in my account. My bank told me the refund was initiated but never processed on Olympias end. I spoke today to Star at Olympia and she said there is nothing she can do for me.

    We spoke to Brooke Stelmaszak today 6/23/25 at 10:20AM, we explained that the payment has been refunded and sent her all the paperwork and information she needs (Via email) to show that it was refunded in our part. She is going to contact her bank today and will call us back to see how we can further assist her. At this point our hands are tied and we are hoping the bank can see that it was refunded and issue the refund for her!

    So my doctor just prescribe a tripod from the pharmacy and I put your order on 19th of this month and they said that they take48 hours to complete the order so I call on 21. They said that the product was in the shipping department ship out today, and you receive it tomorrow. And now I called it today. They said that we dont have a product and is partially complete like why they dont tell you before, they don't have a product why they sag the product is in shipping area. So bad

    I ordered 25 mg of compounded tirzepatide. The first vial I received I feel worked. What I recently received has not worked whatsoever. I have increased the dose and still, nothing. I contacted the pharmacy today and they told me I had built a tolerance. First of all, I am a registered nurse and I know what they are saying is b.s. Also, I have taken the same dose for at least a year and never had an issue. When I ordered this most recent dose in March I was told that they were still issuing compounded tirzepatide until august, despite the *** ruling that it could not be distributed after March 17th (ish). I dont think they are being honest on several levels.

    This company has questionable business practices and poor customer service. I have ordered one Rx, and the automatically-generated and emailed receipt only lists the cost of the prescription and needles (which I did not order but for which I was charged). It doesn't show the shipping charge or the total credit card charge. I have called and emailed **** *******, who was very eager to have me fill my Rx with Olympia, multiple times requesting a proper receipt. Since I have filled the Rx, he does not seem to want to communicate with me anymore. I have left *** with billing. I have called billing and been transferred to another department and then had to leave ***. No one has called or emailed me back. All I want is a proper receipt showing each individual charge and the total credit charge for tax and FSA purposes.

    I made a purchase from Olympia. I paid about ******. It was mailed to me. It was delivered to a location on or about March 6, 2025. The first time I went to this location was today March 11, 2025. I learned from the packaging that it should been refrigerated immediately on March 6. According to my Internet searches on March 11., the product is no longer usable since it was left unrefrigerated for 6 days. Firstly, no one at Olympia told me refrigeration was necessary. Second, the sales pitch was AGGRESSIVE. My March 11 Internet queries evince the product is only good for about 45 days, yet I was sold an amount that can't be used in 45 days. This was a misleading sales tactic by the company.

    I paid for prescription that never came. Ive been calling and sending emails about it and I have yet to receive a response. Its been over five days. Theysaid after payment the package would arrive the next day as it has done in the past, but this time I havent received it at all a response from the company.     A ** recommended this pharmacy for semeglutide, they filled the order 1/15 and I received it in an envelope 1/16. It was not chilled and gave no instructions to put in the fridge. If you do a simple ****** search instructions everywhere are to refrigerate it. If not, there are risks. I dont feel comfortable taking it. When I called them they told me no refunds even though its unopened. They stated theirs doesnt require refrigeration but that doesnt make sense. Is there a preservative in it? Why wouldnt it need to be refrigerated? I dont feel like its safe and they didnt state it would not be chilled before I ordered, Im in ** and theyre in **. I feel like I got scammed $290

    I contacted Olympia pharmaceuticals via their website form regarding compounded tirzepatide. Prior to rodering, they answered every contact speedily and enthusiastically. After a few weeks of deliberating, I ordered a vial of tirzepatide on July 18 after a consultation with their pharmacist and it arrived the next day. A few days later I contacted both Olympia and their pharmacist asking for help understanding how to use it. I was able to leave a voicemail for the pharmacist at the time. I recieved no response. Now two days later, when I attempted to reach the pharmacist at the number I was able to leave a voicemail at two days ago, the number is dead. This is extremely worrisome and sketchy and now I am afraid to actually inject the medication because clearly once they sell it to you, they ghost. I have tried every means of contacting Olympia with no success.
