I contacted this company regarding Trimix. The gentleman (****) who helped me rushed through the call but assured me I would receive enough medication for 3 doses per week for a year (156 doses). I was told I would be charged $543 for the prescription and another $59 for a telemed call from a physician. The call never happened. My prescription arrived the following day and I was charged $543. After opening the package, I realized the prescription was much less than what I ordered and was charged for. I called the company and was unable to reach anyone, so I emailed **** to express my concerns and was told to contact customer service. I called customer service and was told immediately that they do not give refunds. After explaining their website says they do, they tried to reach ****************** After a long delay, they came back on the line and told me I was going to receive a call from the Manager, *****. That call never came. This company is not trustworthy. They charged me $59 for a call that never happened and shipped me less product than I was told. And now they are giving me the runaround. It's pretty simple - I send back the package and you refund me fully. Don't trust them.Business response

Amount was fully refunded to the customer. We have tried to reach them multiple times over the last week.
Full amount charged by Olympia if $543.00 was refunded. The remaining fee belongs to a third party telemedicine company that we have no connection to their billing.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and received a call personally from **** *************************, CPA, Financial Controller & Sales Manager at Olympia Pharmaceuticals. He handled my issue and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I'd like to remove my poor rating and complaint from Olympia's BBB report.

My doctor sent Olympia Compounding Pharmacy a prescription for me. I called Olympia Compounding Pharmacy and left them a voice message that was not returned. Days later I call again and this time I spoke to BOB. I told BOB that my doctor sent them my prescription and I am calling to pay them. Bob tried to upsell me drugs that I already had and did not need. BOB then proceeded to tell me unless I buy other drugs from them that he will not fill my prescription. This behavior is both unethical and unprofessional. BOB sounded like a sleazy used cars salesman only interested in squeezing money from me instead of filling the prescription my doctor ordered and sent them OLYMPIA COMPOUNDING PHARMACY. I want others to know about BOB and how this pharmacy conducts business.Business response

I have been using Trimix for several years. Trimix is a compound of three different drugs, This prescription is for Erectile Disfunction. Looking online I came across Olympia Compounding Pharmacy in Longwood Fl. I called and spoke to Robert C****** a sales rep for Olympic Pharmacy. We spoke several times in the course of a few days. In the course of these conversation, he told me that the strength of the Trimix I was using was very week and recommended a formula #105 telling me that it was twice as strong as the one I had been using from the other pharmacy. I got a prescription from my doctor and the prescription was filled on 8/22/22. The formula was supposed to be shipped cold, however when I got it the cold packs had melted and the bottle was warm. I informed Robert C****** and he told me that there were preservatives that would protect the effectiveness of the formula. I used the prescription several times with little success. Olympia has a FB page and a was reading a post that someone had written. He described the same problem. So I wrote a similar post explaining my problem. I was contacted about an hour later from a Chris A****** that he could help me with this problem. Monday came and he contacted the sale rep Robert C******, and he called me. He did not help me at all. He recommended a strong formula. However he told me a might have a leakage in my penis or to use a band around my penis and that's why the formula did not work. Long story short, Olympia would not replace or give a stronger formula, telling me that the 15 day return time had run out. I was not informed that there was a 15 day return policy. This was about 2 months later. I was very disappointed with his response so I files this complaint with you. There are other details, but I cannot fit them in this email. Please help me to resolve this issue. I filed a complaint not only to get my money back or another resolution, but because I want others to know how Olympia does business.Business response

I ordered some trimix to treat my ED and received 3-10ml bottles of t-106****************** 1 bottle phenylephrine 1MG/ML MDV 5ML vial.and box of syringes. Delivery was fast, but product does not work. I called my rep who told me to increase dosage. I tried and product still does not work. Cost was too expensive for what I received $699 + doctors fee of $60.Business response

I've attached a screenshot of proof that we wired the patient the full cost of the order. On Sept 8th I placed an order for Trimix T-105. I received the order. I have currently used 2 vials of the compound and it has produced no results. I duplicated the exact prescription I had previously used thru another compounding pharmacy with great results. I contacted Olympia Pharmacy and was told, all I could do to salvage the situation was to purchase another order. I did and I have yet to use the new product. All in all I have spent over $ 1300.00 on prescription and consultations. I am seeking a refund $770.00 for the original order. I spoke with their salesman and he said he would speak with the Dr and changed me from super tri mix to something that doesn't work at all !! I left numerous messages with no response back. I would like a refund or the super tri mix as a replacement.
