1 starFor the people what a scam...got hurt at the hardrock and big bad Morgan did NOTHING because they would have actually had to do some actual work instead of folding like they did because Hardrock is the Seminole Indians and are a sovereign nation so it would have required them to actually work for me (FOR THE PEOPLE)....USELESS FIRM OUT FOR NOTHING BUT THE QUICK EASY PROFITS ********* ANYONE BUT THEM!!!!Morgan & Morgan

1 starIf. I can give 0 stars I WOULD MORGAN MORGAN ***** . Communication **** everthing bout them ***** . They take almost 3 years with your case den they will settle take almost another year to receive the check. OVERALL EXPERIENCE I WONT BE BACK !!!! First and lastMorgan & Morgan

1 starMorgan & Morgan had at first seemed pretty good. Seemed like would help, specially with medical stuff. They even wanted me to have surgery on my back. But I wouldn't do it, heard to many horror stories about back surgeries. But before then even an attorney had called and spoken to me cause he was concerned and generally seemed to care. Well they changed my attorney's without any kind of notice. The guy claimed that he been doing this for 30 years and he knows the other lawyers. So he wanted to take a very low offer. I did not feel comfortable with that attorney which knew nothing about me. At the end I still had medical bills and nothing in my pocket. I wouldn't doubt that attorney had some kind of deal with the other attorneysMorgan & Morgan

1 starSo I was referred to them by my friend, who has high-end connections on the West Coast. I am a disabled 61-year-old male, non-ambulatory, who filed for malnutrition, neglect, and abuse in **. The video states that they fight for the little man. I must be tiny then. They didn't have any interest in helping me because I didn't fit the profile. I was hospitalized for diabetes recently because of neglect at the assisted living facility I currently reside in, and although the state is currently investigating my complaints, they could only recommend that I go to the ****** website and hope to find someone there. Disappointed. I do not believe they have my best interests at heart because it would not pay to do so.Morgan & Morgan

1 starThere should be an option for 0 stars. I will never use this law firm as the lawyer fees are outrageous and then to top it off, they stated they had to withhold money until 90 days after settled to " make sure everyone got paid" and then they could disperse the rest. 7 months after settling and I am currently still waiting for the rest of my settlement. When asking for a reduction in fees because of this happening, I was told the attorney and the case manager do not get any of this, the firm does. This is what the text stated ( because I cant talk to the case manager on the phone) and this is how they communicate...Case manager Tyshadra stated "All of the other checks have been cut and the check for the other providers, and accounting is now working on cutting your DCD check and the final provider's check. That is the only amount of money that was left in the trust account. All the other money has already been disbursed. The attorney and I are not the ones that receive the fee, the firm does. The attorney and I have no control over the attorneys' fees or reducing a fee and since your case has already been banked.I understand your frustration and I am trying to get the issue rectified as quickly as possible." Still currently waiting. This right here is definitely poor business. So be wise don't listen to the commercials, " for the people"... no they should say " we s**** people" or " for the money". 1 starHorrible, with no communication. I never even spoke to an attorney, just the incompetent "case manager". I requested all communication be in writing and they continued to call. They have been holding my settlement for over 2 months. After emailing all of the "Morgan's" at the firm, I finally received a response. They claim to have just mailed it and gave me a false tracking number. When I questioned the tracking number, they claimed a typo and sent me a new tracking number. There is no record of either tracking number through the service they claimed. I asked when it was actually mailed and now they have ghosted me. I'm looking into other attorneys to file for legal malpractice. This firm is a scam, they don't communicate, take half your settlement, then hold it to collect interest on it.Morgan & Morgan

1 starInitially accepted my case. Morgan and Morgan called back a month later stating the possible max settlement would not justify keeping the case. The dollar figure of the Max settlement was two hundred thousand dollars. They should change their motto to ( we dont care about people only money).Morgan & Morgan

1 starI had a horrible experience with this firm.they spoke to me and give me wrong information about my case. So I wait to decide. Because they told me I had 2 years. When I return and call them they never call me back so I insist. So finally I spoke to **** a supervisor and he was rude told they can't help me after thru told I had 2 years to do it. So I ask him how can I talk to mister Morgan direct he respond was that mister Morgan dont talk to no one. I do never recommend this firm. They don't care about their cases nor the people like their commercial say.Morgan & Morgan
