On 10/20/22 I ordered a "buy 1, get one free" bottle of weight loss gummies from MyBioLyfe. The online order was for a price of $39.00. When I received the order confirmation the cost was now quoted as $199.00. I immediately emailed their customer service asking them to cancel the order. That email was sent within (9) minutes of receiving the order confirmation. I never received an answer. The order arrived via USPS 10/25/22 and I refused to accept it, thus sending it back. I also emailed them on that date informing them of my action and again asked for a refund when it arrived. I never received an answer. I received notice from USPS on 10/28/22 that the package had been received by their shipping dept. I again emailed them asking them to refund my $199.00. Today, 10/29/22, I finally get an email from their customer support that they will not refund my money because I didn't follow the proper procedures in sending it back. I feel that since I informed them to cancel before the item was even shipped I should have refunded...in full.Business Response

On September 8 I saw an advertisement for an Apple cider vinegar product being sold by this company at the price of $39.99 and the promotion was buy one bottle get two free. The way it was advertised it was misleading in that it appeared you were to receive three bottles for $39.99. While putting in my information on the order form, there was a page asking if I wanted some additional product. I did not specify that I did I just continued with my order for the three bottles of the apple cider vinegar. I placed my order after putting in all of my information including my credit card information, which is my debit/credit card connected to my checking account, and after placing the order I checked my checking account and there were two separate charges from biolyfe. One was for the amount of $199.99, and the other was for $60, which was the price of the additional product that I did not agree to purchase. When I saw these two charges I immediately called the company at their 866 telephone number to cancel the order and I was told that they could not cancel it. It was literally a matter of minutes that I called to cancel and was told it could not be canceled. Since then I have been emailing back-and-forth with the company to return the product which has since been delivered to me and get a full refund. The last email I received from this company when I told them that I have received the product, they asked that I send them a photograph of the package. I was infuriated and very frustrated. I told them I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I did not get satisfaction immediately and I did in fact attach a photograph of the package. That was Saturday, three days ago. I have yet to hear from the company even though I have been emailing them every day asking for some approval number they are telling me I need in order to return the package and get a refund.Business Response

On 9/6/2022 I responded to an offer advertised on the AOL News page on the Internet by BioLyfe CBD. The ad stated that they had developed the most effective CBD product. Because they wanted as many people as possible to learn of this, they were making an unusual offer of a free trial bottle, charging only $6.00 for shipping. Since I was interested in the promised effects from this product, but skeptical, I decided to give it a try worth $6.00. I went through the order process without clicking on various offers of 5 bottles or 2 bottles, provided my credit card info, and then made a big mistake - I clicked the "Place Order" button without having seen any listing of the $6.00 charge. However, the following confirmation page showed a charge of $259.99 for 7 bottles. I immediately sent an email to their Customer Servce. asking to cancel my order immediately as this was a scam!
In a following email, I asked them how this was a free trial for only $6.00 and received a long explanation which I interpret to mean that, by buying the 7 bottles at a discount I was in fact saving the cost of the trial bottle!
My credit card has been charged for $259.99 and I have received the shipment, which remains unopened. I have disputed the charge with my Bank, who is looking into the case. I later received an email offer from BioLyfe of a "further" discount of $77.00, but I have not responded, because I wish to return the shipment for a FULL refund. I would be grateful for any action you may be able to take to help resolve this issue, as well as helping others from making a similar mistake. Thank You

Advertisement on Facebook is extremely misleading. Once you go to the website to order you are unable to cancel or modify. I immediately contacted Customer Service to cancel ( I called within 5 minutes of realizing I could not cancel or modify my online work) and was told my order had already shipped from the warehouse. Impossible! I complained to the CSR and was then sent an email cancelling my order. Eight days later I receive the cancelled product in the mail and checked my credit card statement and yes they did charge me. I then called Customer Service again and was told that I now must pay to return this unwanted and cancelled product and then they will refund my money. So, so wrong!Not only did they misrepresent the cost of their product, they lied about not charging me and sent the unwanted product and now I continue to incur costs . I ordered the product then realized that the information at their website was misleading and I was charged for a product I did not order. I have emailed them 3 times and left 2 voice messages requesting my order be cancelled and my money refunded. I have heard nothing from the company.
