Hi, my name is ******* ****** ****** and I have a complaint about a company called by ******* their phone number is ***** ********. I'm calling in this office because I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.
I purchased an item for under $40, and they charged me $259, and, and they stated they didn't receive the product back, but I sent it through the Postal Service, and they have a tracking number that was on the package.
But now, they're asking me for the tracking number, but the item was returned to the warehouset there. My phone number is area code ***** ********, and they are pretending like, they didn't receive the product. But two of the agents 2 weeks before, she didn't get it, it was returned to the warehouse. And now that , my bank is contacting them about their fraudulent purchase, ... and $40, less than $40.
And they charged the purchaser $259. I ordered one product with a free sample, under $40, and they made two charges just one of $199.99. And another charge of $60, which come to. $259. return the merchandise unopened with a tracking number on it. The Postal Service didn't do nothing but return that item. Now, they're pretending . They didn't get the item. Even though, their agents, two of them, told me that they had received it back at the warehouse, and they were supposed to give me my refund, but they have it,

I ordered two bottles of CBD gummies on May 2, 2023 Order number **********. The website was extremely misleading and led me to believe I was only purchasing two bottles. There was no mention of a recurring charge and a price for the two bottles even was not presented until AFTER the order was placed. I did receive the two bottles as ordered. However, I was surprised to find another two bottles in my mailbox about a month later and another charge for $129.99 on my credit card. This additional charge was not authorized in ANY way and the product will not be used. I demand credit for the additional $129.99 charge and an immediate cancellation of any recurring charges and removal of my credit card information from all pertinent databases.Initial Complaint

I continue to receive the Biolyfe Keto Gummies every 3 months. They charge my credit card every time. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company to stop these shipments and credit card bills with no luck. I can never actually speak with a real person. No one contacts me in return when I leave my information. The bottles and bills to my credit card just keep coming.

I purchased an item on line, it didn’t work for me. I returned the items and cancelled the product, but they still charged me. I called them immediately and after numerous conversations I received emails stating I was going to get a refund. That was 11/14/22. Here it is March 2023 no refund, my credit card company was able to get one refund but not the other. I have tried everything. They kept sending me product even though I cancelled I sent ALL of it back the same day I received it. Yesterday, I spent 2 hours on the phone and was hung up on by two of their customer service associates and one manager. Another manager gave me a number with an extension to call with my credit card person today, which of course did not work! I have all the emails, and all of the people’s names, and the dates I have talked to them. The amount they said they were going to refund and should is 199.99. At one point, when I called after I keep getting the product, I finally got someone to cancel for sure, they sent a confirmation email and no sooner then that, I got a call from someone from the company (over seas #) saying I owed them money and wanted another credit card number! I asked them if they were joking? Told them never to call me again and they hung up. All I want is my 199.99 back for returned product as was promised on 11/14/22.Business Response

On 12/11/22 I placed an online order for ******* Keto Gummies for approx. $65 after seeing the product on ***** ***** I received an order confirmation (Order **********) stating the amount of $199.99 for the order.
I tried to cancel the order immediately by email to their ********************* on 12/11/22 (& a 2nd email later on 12/15/22).
I called my bank to dispute this charge, & after no reply to my ******* email, I called the ******* number ************** on 12/13/22. The agent ("Heaven") told me the product had already shipped, despite the fact I didn't receive an email confirming the shipment. She offered to reduce the price, & when I told her I just wanted a refund & would return the product, she refused to give me the tracking number so I could intercept & cancel the shipment. Then she hung up on me!
The shipment arrived on a Sat. (12/17/22) to the resort mailroom where I live. First thing on Monday I went to the mailroom & asked them to refuse this package. I have a copy of the package with the label on it. To date, I have not received a refund of the $199.99 for something I refused to accept. My bank could not return the money since it was a debit card & they were not getting a response from this company to verify a problem.
The package tracking number is: USPS **** **** **** **** **** *** It shows this was shipped from **** Time Shipping *** *** **** ******** ** *****).
I want a refund since I returned the product-unopened-& I believe it was a scam to say it would be $65 & then charge my card for $199.99 instead.Business Response

December 2022,
A purchase for weight loss gummies had been made by myself. Immediately, while navigating my way through the transaction process, Swipe Wyre processes an action in the transaction to overcharge me by just volunteering you to be placed in a higher paying purchase option. After calling the customer support, I was guided to a partial refund and to proceed with the purchase with a feeling that if you do not take this small sacrifice from our refund, you will land up paying the larger amount, so take the new discount we're offering you. I reluctantly proceeded with this transaction. When I received the product, the first inspection showed me that this is a complete Fraud. No more than just paying for a bag of Gummy Bears at the grocery store. This company has systematically set up a fraudulent advertising campaign by using the Shark Tank show to push these useless Gummies at an astronomical price. If you think you're making a "One Time Purchase", buyer beware. This company has hidden the secret of charging you over $250.00 a month from there on, hoping you will not notice their deceptive transaction. This has been Fraudulently planned as their customer service is programmed for you to not receive your monies back and you will be bilked out of your money until you cancel your credit card. I highly recommend if you purchased these Gummies that you might want to cancel your credit card if they do not offer a refund. From the other complaints read about this company, they seem to hold you hostage and make it almost impossible to fully receive a complete refund. I hope a lawsuit starts with companies whom think of scams that try to legitimately steal from honest people.

I originally made a one time purchase for biolyfe gummies and was charged and received. On 1/15/23 I noticed another charge on my card from them and immediately called them and was told they had put me on a subscription plan. I told them I did not want a subscription as the product does not work. They advised they cancelled the order and sent me an email to confirm. A few days later I received another shipment from them which was sent out 2 days after the order was cancelled. I called again and was given an RMA number ****** *****, which was on the return package which I shipped at my expense. About a week later I called again to inquire about my refund. They first advised they had not received the package which I disproved by showing them the usps tracking number. They refused to reverse the charge on my credit card and advised I would receive an E-CHECK refund within 5-7 days. It is over 2 weeks later and multiple more calls where they said they would check into it, refused to let me speak to a manager, and promised to call me with the reason for the delay which they never did. Ordered product online 12-14-22, Order Number
**********. Terms indicted product would ship in 2 days and the company would
dispatch an email indicating shipment. I did not receive either. On 1-11-23,
******* attempted to submit another charge on my debit card ******, and *****
declined it. I have disputed the two charges with ***** online (1-25-23).This
started a back and forth with ******* to get a refund following the decline of
the pur*****. First they said they cancelled my subscription, I never agreed to
a subscription. When pressed, they sent emails to call support, when I did, I
ended uphaving to leave a messages and followed up wuth an email. They would
respond with an email to call support, creating a vicious circle to avoid
talking direct to me. Today, I received an email that they do not refund or

I purchased Biolyfe Keto Gummies in the fall. Then on December 12, 2022, my credit card was charged for another order in the amount of $199.98 which I did not request nor did I give them permission to use my credit card. I tried to get ********* *** to treat it as fraud however when I was put through to the Fraud Dept. they said it was not fraud. I really am confused about this transaction. When the package arrived on December 19, 2022, I called 1-866-338-3597 and got a return number to put on the outside of the package and mailed it back to them on December 20, 2022. I have since called them 4 times and emailed them twice and the last time was January 26, 2023. No one has answered my call nor sent me a reply to my emails. I am retired and that is a chunk of money to just give away especially since I returned the product. Please advise me what can be done. For the past few months, I have been reaching out to your company in regards to an order made on October 10, 2022 (Order ID: **********). I received a package of keto gummies that I did not order and I also discovered a charge made to my credit card that I did not authorize or initiate for $199.99. I called their customer service line soon after to request a full refund of the total in exchange for the return of the products. Initially they attempted to give me in store credit, but eventually they agreed to a refund upon return of the products. I sent an email to customer service shortly after to verify a few details (Ticket #*************). I then shipped the return package out of pocket for around $12. Three weeks after the return was delivered, I had still not received a refund, so I sent another email. Only after this was a refund issued. However, instead of receiving the full amount, I only received $149.99. I kept requesting for weeks after to receive the other $50.00, reminding them that this was an unauthorized purchase. They instead treated it as an official return for an authorized order and charged a restocking fee. The last message I received directed me to call customer service again, despite the difficulty I originally had discussing this over the phone. I would like to avoid a dispute at all costs.
