1 starWent to greenway dodge for a water pump change out. I literally gave them the green light to change all the parts associated with the cooling system. They changed the pump, thermostat, 3 heater hoses, serpentine belt, and fan clutch. Everything they recommended. I get my truck back and I informed the tech at the time it was running a little hotter than normal. He said to drive it and to keep an eye on it, if any problems, bring it back. Well with summer heat getting hotter, the truck was getting hotter. It finally got to the point where it actually overheated. I waited for truck to cool down and added about 1/2 gallon of water to it and drove straight to dealership. The service provider was kinda shocked I spent all that money changing out all them parts and it overheated. 2 days later they sent me a quote for about 2700$ to replace another hose that was leaking. Mind you my first bill was 2700$ for the original repair. I explained to service provider that this issue should be the responsibility of the tech, I gave green light on all bad parts and recommended parts. Now I am mechanically inclined and I did watch some videos on changing this water pump. In order to change said water pump, the upper intake would need to be removed in order to get to that top heater hose thats bad now. Im pretty certain the tech did not remove the upper intake to disconnect this upper heater hose correctly the first time and did not get it re installed correctly. So apparently a sloppy techs work is my problem. If they had did their job correctly, I wouldnt be writing this review. Theyre basically wanting me to pay twice for this job in my eyes. Just a warning for anyone wanting to use dealership services because you think youre getting the best, youre not. Beware and do your own due diligence.Review fromKen B

1 starOnly gave one start because there is no option for ZERO stars. Quick to sell but absolutely zero help post sale. I inquired online about a vehicle and they continuously hounded me via cell phone, text and home email. Now that the sale has been finalized and I have issues with the vehicle and/or trying to get information, they are "ghosting" us. I understand we signed paperwork but we also questioned the majority of it, we were not given the opportunity to properly test drive the vehicle at our leisure rather their predetermined small lower speed route. Truck was loud and after getting home with it, the previous owner removed the muffler and we weren't advised of it. They provide an online trade-in evaluator but don't honor it. That evaluator had our truck at $26.4K to $18.6K, their initial offer was $11K! We were told we were wrong and needed to re-enter the information so that they could see the results, in another words, didn't believe us. So we did, in front of the salesman, and again didn't want to honor their online evaluator. So we went back and forth... They automatically apply and/or charge for whats called an appearance package for $899 and do not give the customer a choice to accept or deny yet the contract the customer signs states you have the right to deny?? We purchased a service contract that day and less than a week later, cancelled it but will take up to 6 weeks to process?? Quickly take your money but take for ever to return whats owed to you. At the end of the day, Greenway only cares about the sale and not the customer post ****. If I am incorrect, then we ask that ***** and *********************** responding to their calls and emails that we've sent with open/read receipts, we've gotten none. Again, all we're asking for is that they start communicating, we have all our email and phone call proof, show us yours???Review fromMort L

1 starNEVER GO HERE. Read the other reviews, especially about the *************** This isn't just bad customer service, this is a bunch of front-of-house "Service Managers" who are skilled at purposefully being vague, and lack integrity in any form. You do not get to speak with the trained mechanics who actually work on your car.The lead Service Manager ************************* is a master salesperson. He is probably the only one who actually speaks like an intelligent person... but he is not to be trusted. He is a master manipulator, salesperson who evades real questions.Review fromGerry R

1 starI, for the time being, would not recommend this dealership, especially to service vehicles. They have a hard time ordering parts and honoring extended warranties. They are either willing or unable.Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc.

************,Thank you for the information. We look into this and sadly we can not control the availability of parts and/or how fast they become available. Also the warranty companies are the ones responsible for approvals on warranty work. We work very hard with all warranty companies to ensure they have all the information required. If you would like to discussed the matter further please contact us directly are at the dealership.Review fromAram D

1 starThese guys are all crooks. From the salespeople, finance department, to management.
Ordered a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with promised incentives. When the car arrives, it is a 2024 and the $5,500 credit was consequently not available. They knew they were getting a 2024 during the 90 days I waited for the car and never called me to ask if I still wanted the vehicle now that it had gone up in price. IT was at this point you get put in the cirucus of them handing you to a different employee every 5 minutes. My original salesman, Nick, who I had been dealing with for months over the purchase was nowhere to be found. Next thing I know I'm brought into the financing department with someone who is giving me the impression I have already committed to buying the car. Nick printed out the finance rates given my 810 credit score (they only require over a 740) with rates ranging from 7-7.5% depending on # of months. When I get in front of the finance guy, the "best" rate he could get me was 9.3%. Why?? hmmm. and you cant refi for at least 4 months. perfect since Jeep doesnt even have the Kelly Blue Book value listed yet for 2024's. I ultimately spoke to Nick's manager / director sales. When I explained the situation, his response was "well, a lot of people didnt get the 2023 cars they asked for".
I would never walk into this place again, for either sales or service. With that said, I dont think my 1 star will hurt them much since their Customer Review rating is aready 1/5. Joke!Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected shift in the manufacturing schedule, resulting in your order being fulfilled with a 2024 Jeep instead of the anticipated 2023 model.
We understand the frustration this may have caused, especially regarding the impact on certain incentives. Please know that it was never our intention to mislead you, and we share your disappointment in the unforeseen circumstances that led to this situation.
Unfortunately, we have limited control over how the manufacturer allocates and produces vehicles.Review fromAdrian B

1 starGreenway had a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland listed on their website for 51K. I engaged in online and email correspondence with the dealership indicating that I was interested in leasing this vehicle and confirmed the price. I even offered to complete the lease application in advance. I was told that it’s their policy that I come in for a test drive because the body of the vehicle was different than prior models. When I arrived and test drove the vehicle and indicated I was interested, the salesman, Michael returned with the lease paperwork, but based on a price of 66K. When I told him this was different than the advertised price he seemed shocked, so I pulled it up on my phone. I also reminded him of the email correspondence. He went and returned with a man named Nick who identified himself as the supervisor and said that listed price was only if I was financing the car and not if I was leasing. I explained that I would need to discuss with my wife, which I did, and after that discussion we elected not to pursue the purchase…due to the radical difference in price which we felt to be a false advertisement. That being said, we were appreciative of Michael and his service and told them so. Nick proceeded to send rude and unprofessional correspondence. Despite the fact that I felt the ad was misleading and considered this a false advertisement, I’m more upset with how it was handled subsequent to my refusal to proceed.Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc.

Mr. ********, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. It is never our intention to mislead our customers. However, the advertised is reflected of regular financing. The rebates and incentives are different between leasing and regular retail purchase. If you have any questions please give me a call.Review fromBrian L

1 starI recently took my vehicle to get it serviced. When I received my vehicle after almost a week, I found that someone from the service department STOLE my property out of my car and they insinuated that I was lieing. One of the service managers stated That no one from the dealership would steel anything. If you take your vehicle to get serviced make sure you take all your stuff out of your car. If not it will be missing when you get your car back.Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc.

1 starTook our truck in on 1/2 and it spent 7 days in their shop. Our truck came out the same exact way as when it came in except for making us spend over $900 on tires that weren't necessarily needed at that point, because that did not solve our problem. There were a number of issues confronted with their Service Center. It is a shame that we no longer have the desire to ever do any type of business with Greenway because of our recent experience (even though, we have a warranty and live close by). There is a clear lack of knowledge from your tech team, lack of communication from your techs & advisors, lack of customer service skills and de-escalation techniques, and most sadly, deceiving practices (saying customers declined or reported things when those are clearly not true). While we appreciated George's acknowledgement of the gaps and apologized to us initially, to still have five more issues (wheel alignment not being performed, being handed back the truck with a warning sensor, having to come back yet again, because the ECS sensor came on, persistent vibration & swerving to the right) after that discussion is disconcerting. The fact that their team works through process of elimination and expect for customers to trust their words is baffling after so much back and forth. Again, in the end, we are still stuck with the same initial issues we reported, and no accountability from their Service Department team.Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc.

Customer had a poor experience with the dealership on their previous visit. Due to experience, we performed a complimentary alignment, performed a warranty repair, installed new tires, dismounted new tires and reinstalled original tires all for free.
Customer had several overlapping issues that all needed to be addressed and unfortunately a full diagnosis of the vibration they had couldn't be fully performed due to the condition of the tires on the vehicle when it came into the dealership. Rear tires had flat spots, front tires had outer wear, tires were dry rotted and some of them had a chopped pattern to them. Several of these issues could and will cause a vibration while driving. These had to be replaced to know if there were any additional issues. We suggested this happen and had no way of knowing there would be any issues afterwards, especially since customer purchased tires from a different location.Review fromMelanie V

1 starVery disappointed with the unsatisfactory service I received on my visit Saturday, October 8th. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. Didn't get greeted until 25 minutes later. Dropped my car off for an oil change. While at home waiting at noon, I saw there was a missed call from my service advisor at 11:34 a.m. I immediately called the dealership and tried to get the service team on the line. The phone rang for about 20 rings and no answer. I looked online for another number to the service department and called, same thing no answer after ringing 20 times. From noon till 2 p.m. I called Greenway 7 times, NO ANSWER! I got on the chat feature on their webpage and the agent said they would pass the message to the service team and have someone call me. Waited an hour, no call. I call back and then press option 1 to make an appointment and finally I get a live person, Jasmine. She apologizes that I can't get a hold of anyone and explains she can't either. She states they are understaffed and booked like 70+ appointments. Her recommendation, you want to check the status of your vehicle you need to drive back to the dealership. I go back to the dealership and explain I tried to call numerous times and no one answers the phone. I state I am very unhappy to my advisor. A bald man in the corner in a white shirt (possibly the service manager) states, "Mam, the calls go into a call center." No apology! No, let me look into that for you! I work in customer service and to have a call center that doesn't answer their phones is UNACCEPTABLE. They took no ownership of this issue, no apology, no action to rectify this. As a manager, you can call your call center team and look into the issue. I have been going to this dealership several years with numerous cars and their no care attitude to the customer is shocking. Very poor customer service from the service department.Review fromMark H
