      Made a reservation through Reservations.com on July 23, 2022 for check in July 24,2022 - August 13, 2022. Paid $1974.19 in full on my credit card for the stay at the Opal Hotel and Suites in Altamonte Springs FL. Unfortunately to NO FAULT OF MINE, the HOTEL was not able to honor the reservation I made online and cancelled the reservation for me. The refund confirmation number is************. However, reservations.com has not refunded the money and continually says that they are still investigating although it has been almost one month since they charged my account. No check in was allowed at the hotel and I am out the $1974.19 since July 23, 2022. They have sent correspondence saying still working on it FOR A MONTH with no resolution. Tried to speak to customer service rep- NO HELP, same story, still pending. Month is NOT ACCEPTABLE
