  No tengo palabras suficientes para agradecer a Credit Max la satisfacción y felicidad que me han brindado con devolverme la tranquilidad de disfrutar de un Excelente crédito con el cual eh logrado aplicar para una tarjeta de crédito de Discovery y que me la aprobaran sin problema alguno sin pasar el amargo momento de que me digan: “No se pudo aprobar y que me mandarían una carta a mi casa explicándome las razones” ?? Gracias a ellos eh aplicado para comprar mi primera casa y lo eh logrado con préstamo de gobierno por ser primer comprador y por tener buen crédito. Aridia ha sido la puerta que me permitió salir del encarcelamiento en el que me sentía con un mal crédito y Susana ha sido quien me ha mantenido con buen aliento al llamarme cada mes diciéndome cada logro ocurrido. Son maravillosas personas. No conozco al dueño de esta empresa en persona pero mediante este mensaje le expreso mis más sincero agradecimiento porque de veras ha creado una gran solución para tantas personas que con su inexperiencia no cuidan de su crédito en cierto momento de su vida. Ustedes hacen valer el dinero que empleamos en resolver el problema de restablecer el crédito porque si trabajan en base de cada situación de cada persona resolviendo profesionalmente su problema.

  Dear Mr. *******, At Creditmax Experts we take each case of our clients as a priority. Having reviewed our records on your case, we found that during our services several negative items were removed from your credit history but unfortunately we were forced to suspend our services since the credit monitoring account was closed per your request. We work all of our cases with this credit monitoring service and after numerous attempts to re-establish this account, you informed our customer service department that you were not available to do so and to call back at a different time. We keep track of all our calls and follow ups and none of these calls were successful to re-stablish the account. Per our contract, one of the client's responsibilities is to keep this account active, and since it was closed we were forced to suspend the services.
