    - The contract was made effective 10-08-2022. I made an initial $3,500 payment to the company Creditmax Experts LLC for "credit repair and document processing". They also subscribed me to a service called smartcredit that was charging my card $30 on month for the last 7 months. I had no idea of this until I checked my bank statement, and so I changed my card. I was then called by a representative of smartcredit so they could put a new card on file, which I declined as I never agreed to pay this fee in the first place, nor was this fee anywhere on the Creditmax Experts LLC contract.

    - The business committed to provide me the following:
    - Evaluate my current credit report and identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information.
    - To advise me of the necessary steps to be taken to dispute any inaccuracies or obsolete information contained in my report.
    - To review credit profile status from credit reporting agencies.
    - To provide me with identify theft alert on my credit report.
    - To help and guide me with creating/opening new positive accounts that could help improve my credit history

    - I tried to contact Creditmax Experts LLC and they ignored my calls, I also spoke to one of their former representatives who was originally handling my case (Tony M*******) and he said he is no longer employed at the company because of their fraudulent practices. He said to try contacting Creditmax directly, which I did attempt, however as stated I got no response.

    - The business has not tried to resolve my problem, all they did was scam me out of the $3,500 initial fee and the $30 monthly fees over 7 months so $210. The grand total is $3,710.

    This communication is in response to the complaint filed by Ms. **** *****. At CreditMax Experts we take each case seriously and review that all necessary steps are completed to the satisfaction of our customers.

    After reviewing our records, the following information 

    Client signed up a contract on October 08th, 2022 agreeing to pay CreditMax Experts a signup fee to begin the credit repair services. Per our contract, the down payment needs to be paid in full in order for our office to begin the process, the last payment to complete her signup fee was received on December 17th, 2022.


    Also as part of our contract, all documents need to be in file in order for us to begin the process. Part of these required documents is a letter with the client's identification that needs to be notarized by a local state notary. This document was prepared and sent to the client and she returned it to our office on January 11th, 2023. After all requirements were met, our dispute department began the process of working on the negative items reported on Ms. *****'s credit report.


    Mr. Tony M******* was the initial sales agent and was responsible for informing the client about the Third-Party company Smartcredit and the importance of having this credit monitoring service active.  Mr. M******* is no longer with the company and we are not able to verify why he kept this information from Ms. ***** but we assure our client that the reasons Mr. M******* informed her as to why he is no longer with the company are totally false.


    We carefully reviewed the payments the client said she was charged by the credit monitoring services and we noticed all of the monthly charges were in the amount of $19.95 which is the usual monthly fee charged to all of all of our 3000+ customers. We would like Ms. ***** to provide a copy of her statement reflecting the $30 charge so we can verify this information deeper with Smartcredit and help her get a refund for the money. 


    As of today, we are still working on Mr. *****s negative items and some of the negative items were removed from her report, but without Active credit monitoring services our company cannot continue the work as this is an important key for us as a company to dispute all of the items. 


    We look forward to keeping representing the client and helping her achieve her financial goals having a clean credit history.

    creditmax collected money from me in 2021 to fix and build my credit. I paid extra to "EXPEDITE" it because I was moving out of state and wanted to purchase a house for my family. I have been in contact with them (whenever they decide to answer the phone or return calls) Its always a run-a-around, the story always changes as to WHY my credit is not fixed yet. my credit score is still low 500's. I paid over $3,000.00 and they have done NOTHING FOR ME, they robbed me. I don't want to deal with them anymore and want my money back because they have not done ANYTHING to help my credit. I paid for a service that was supposed to be fixed in 3 months and its been 2 years and they keep lying to me. I want a refund, if I have to hire a lawyer and go to court I will because what they are doing is completely wrong!!!!

    We are currently still working on the case of Mr. ****** * ****, therefore we have not yet concluded his case.
    We understand that the time is frustrating especially in the case of Mr. **** who was in the process of purchasing his new home in another state.

    We continue to work hard to reach Mr. ****'s goal and we keep in touch with him to give him the new updates once they are reported by the credit bureaus.
    We have currently trained our staff with a new method of working each case, for which we are waiting for new results. This new method is more aggressive and we will surely get good news so Mr. **** can obtain his financial freedom and achieve his goals.

    We thank Mr. **** for all his patience during this time and we assure him that every day his case continues to be one of our priorities.

    i signed up with credit *** expert to fix my credit after i heard it in the radio. i was told they a sale price from $ $3500 to $ **** if i paid in one lump sum which i did. i got a letter from transunion indicating that my info was insecure . i call for 2 days to speaker to customer service just answer machine pick up . call my rep she has no control of my case beacuse it was sent to another ***** this comapny is a BIG SCAM . IM TRYING TO DISPUTE TO GET MY MONEY BACK .
