This place is a total scam. We purchased a jeep Wrangler,not more than four days into having it we called them about problems.with Leaking top,transmission not working right.We were told from **** that we had to go through the warranty, to find out warranty does not cover those things because they said it was probably an existent problem.We tried to return it to get our money back but **** informed us that they sold the contract to the bank.Fast forward we making payments to the bank. I think we were late twice 10 days one time 15 days another , But we made all the payments. We received a letter from ********** stating we could not be late again, which we didnt , but they decided to cancel my contract after five months illegally after taking and receiving all our payments. We were up to date on our payments when someone from iDrive came and wanted to repossess the car. We informed them that we are not in default of our loan since getting a warning. We have complied all the way , **** informed us that the only way they would help us is if we made another down payment of $15,000. Why should I make another down payment on this same car that Ive been paying on. We contacted ********* and they told us that they sent all the money back to iDrive, and Idrive would have to refund us our money. Idrive refuses to do so, they continue to send me text and messages to bring car in and that they will try to see if they can get me another loan but all that is if I put an additional down payment, We have no problem with returning the car if we receive a full refund of the money, which would be the down payment ,our monthly payments we made, and money spent to fix and repair transmission. We have seen plenty of reviews after the fact that shows this is a common thing with them. And they are very unprofessional and rude. I am reporting them to any business bureau I find and Im currently seeking legal consultation. They need to be stopped and held accountable for their actions.
