04/12/2023 I bought a 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee on 05/18/2023 the Jeep stop while I was driving. I then had the car tow using the warranty once at the shop I was informed I need to replace my sealender head and head gasket the warranty only covers the head gasket I contacted the car dealership and was informed that it was nothing they could do I would have to pay for everything myself. I always asked if I could return the car and get the 2000 I put down for a down payment and was told no because they sold the car to the bank and there’s not they could do so now I’m out of 2000 dollars no truck

I purchased 2016 Cadillac Escalade from my drive motorsports on May 3 2023 the truck had a check engine light and ran good on May 7 I noticed a metal jiggling noise on the bottom of my truck pulled over to the side in noticed on both sides, it was a loose bolt call the dealer no one answered, called the guy that sold me the truck. He told me send pictures I did no response. Had the kids in the car pulled it over to a shop that repaired it for $90. Never got a callback on May 9 I was driving down 192 a couple of miles from my house. Noticed the truck was hesitant to shift into gear and a check engine light appeared on the dash immediately pulling over to a AutoZone to get the code. The codes all came up to a transmission and a misfire code called the dealer no answer. I believe his name is Jose. Tried calling a couple of more times someone answered and said there’s nothing they could do. I bought it as is barely put 300 miles on it took it in. Luckily I bought a warranty but the warranty company said I bought the truck like this and didn’t want to cover anything. Thank God I found a good manager at the warranty company out of the goodness of his heart. He covered the engine problems which was over $4500 and I am stuck with a $1700 in transmission repairs a week of owning this car less than 300 miles to dealer is holding my registration as hostage cause I left a bad Google review I beg them for help and even asked him please help me out with the 1700 I just bought the truck Jose further asked me for 500 more down because the bank called after me putting down $7000. This place is a complete rip off iDrive motorsports Orlando Florida. Display should be shut down. If anyone could help me that would be great talking about highway robbery. They literally rob me and sold me a piece of junk now I’m stuck with. my vehicles currently being worked on at Aamoco. Of Kissimmee. They have all the information if you need everything that was wrong with the truck. Please help.

On July 28,2021 ,I went to purchase a vehicle from idrive motorsport at 6144 E colonial dr Orlando,fl 32807 ,it was good to see someone I knew there ,that is the sale person I purchased my previous vehicle from from another dealership,so I felt comfortable. I put 3500 down for 2012 Mercedes c250 the sale person told me the vehicle was 10k.the finance manager had me sign the paperwork on the computer stated they don't print anymore I would receive a USB told me the total after finance and taxes were a little over 16k which includes Gap insurance, and warranty for the vehicle, got home that night woke up the next morning the car unable to turn on ,I jump start the vehicle and took it to check the battery, once the vehicle started on the dash appears inoperable everything, I started to panic and call the dealership they told me to bring the vehicle in,there mechanic look at the vehicle and stated something with the lightbulb made the signals appear,I told them I didn't want the vehicle ,or a refund they refuse, and of course the vehicle wouldnt start again I had a tow truck tow it to Mercedes, which confirmed the alternator was bad, and whenever it rains it leaks from the sunroof flooding the drivers side, dealership told me I was on my own, the sale was final, decided to read over the contract where they put the vehicle price at 15k plus interest and 46 months instead of 24 months while paying bi weekly,in which I agreed .they change my contract and company of finance,I call ,and the finance manager is never there claims..the manager Jose.no one wants to help me ,I have replace head gasket oil leaks, alternator and the vehicle still need more work , currently not driving ,I don't drive this vehicle often because I have another vehicle, thank goodness,I just need a solution has they still want me to make payments ,I have been complaining from Day1 until now 2yrs later.

I went to get a car on march 17th 2023 from iDrive MotorSport in Orlando Florida. I put a $1,300 down payment on the car. A few days after getting the car it started shutting off in traffic and break down. I reached out to the company with no response. I had to reach out for days and days and then my dad finally called up there and spoke to someone. The car had a warranty but unfortunately did not cover what was said to be wrong. My dad tried to get them to fix the problem or come up with a resolution. They told him they would give me the down payment back so today Friday April 21st 2023 I drove to Orlando to resolve this and as soon as I got there they blocked my car in and called the police. They did not refund my down payment, they took the car, now I have nothing. After reading reviews I am not the first or the last person this will happen to if something isn’t done about these people.

I PURCHASED A 2008 FORD F 150 IN JUNE. THE PRICE ON THE TRUCK WAS $8995 (KBB IS $4500). WHEN I HAD SIGNED THE PAPER WORK I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE ADDING $4000 TO THE PRICE BECAUSE IT IS A BUY HER PAY HERE LOT. BY THE TIME I WOULD PAY OFF THE VEHICLE IT WOULD BE 4 TIMES OVER THE KBB PRICE. THEY HAVE SOLD THE LOAN 2 TIMES IN THE 7 MONTHS THAT I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE PRICE REDUCED TO REFLECT THE KBB PRICE AND BE ABLE TO PAY IT OFF COMPLETELY. I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN.

We were sold a vehicle with issues. They told us it had a new battery when it does not. They ruined the windshield which we would like replaced and they have ignore all my emails or calls asking what they plan to do about these things. Jose the salesman was made aware of all the issues and he ignored them. They have not gotten my vehicle plate back to me and I had to drive illegal due my temp plate expiring on a Sunday. They had not even submitted it to the tax collector at 32 days of owning the car. Very poor customer service. Vehicles look nice but don't come without issues. The owner wouldn't even speak to my husband, he sent his salesman back to us who has continued to ignore our questions and requests. I bought the vehicle because I needed a newer one, not to have a car payment on a vehicle that has issues and a dealership that won't acknowledge there poor business practices. We want the issues with the vehicle fixed!

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2021/11/03) */ This lady, check the car a few times before purchasing the car, she did not eve take the car the same day, she came a few day after she tested the car. She did not make the first payment to the bank and resulted in a repossession. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2021/11/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We looked at it on a Sunday. Went the following Friday, NEVER drove it. Thought about the offer and went back Saturday. They had us sign all documents BEFORE we ever drove the car. I began notifying the dealer of all the issues within days of the purchase and they ignored my emails, told me lies over many phone calls and did not return texts. I spoke with the finance company several times and explained I would make the payment when they got the title and processed the plates and registration. That took them almost 2 months to do. Once notified the plate was ready to pick up on 10/25/2021 and the car was purchased on 9/11/2021 when I called the finance company to make the payment they said the dealer bought our finance contract back on 10/27. I called and spoke to the finance manager at IDrive and asked what that was about, he said that we would make payments to the dealership. I went to get my plates on Nov 2nd after submitting a payment for $83 for the plates and a vehicle payment of $387 to IDrive via cash app, when I show up Jose the salesman man asked if we replaced the battery and I said no. He said well we will put a new battery in it, we have one. Took the keys, blocked the vehicle in and told me I had to get my stuff out of it. Not only did they get our van as a trade in, we gave them $1000 down, made the car payment of $387 and paid the plate fee of $83 and I got stranded 30 minutes from home with zero warning. Actually filled with a shit ton of lies by each person I spoke to. I left them with the vehicle with the check engine light on as the engine was cutting out do a misfire code, the blower motor for the ac and heat not working, a moonroof that malfunctions, a windshield they scratched, a tire that continually leaked air and out quite a bit if money and a vehicle I traded that was paid for. I don't want their piece of crap cars that they do not even bother to inspect before ripping people off. I would like my $387 + $83 back. They took back a car that I was told to make a payment to I Drive per their finance guy and then they repossessed it! I want my money back! I deserve my down payment back as well after the complete chaos we went through with them. We went to a reputable dealer later that same day that they took their car, test drove it first, looked it over asked questions, then signed papers walked out with a warranty on the same type of vehicle and I left with my license plate, not a temporary tag and they transferred the registration, all in under an hour. IDrive Motorsports is in the business to sell junk vehicles and rip people off! We are by no means happy with their response or the outcome other than I am out from under their junk vehicle! I will only be happy when I get my money back! I have spoke to an attorney! I want resolution! Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2021/11/05) */ The customer was a first payment default with the bank, breaking the contract and resulting in a repossession. The customer came in here and had a weapon attached to her hip, showcasing it to all the staff here and being very aggressive. Because of this we will need to press charges for that situation. Vehicle was sold AS-IS, and we have signed documentation from the primary buyer on that. Customers tested the car on a few occasions and performed a test drive by which both of the buyers were satisfied. Any complaints can be handled to the lender that approved her.
