We are living in *************** ************************* which has an HOA and is absolutely beautiful. We had our driveway widened, but the forms we had filled out for review, the company we hired talked us into giving it to him, so he could get it approved for us, he stated he had done this before and knew them all, we now know he lied. We had just moved in and to make a long story short, for the widening of our driveway, he put up pavers against the concrete, which was against the rules, though he told us all was approved, the committee said it was not, so we had to have it all ripped up and ********************* with Leland Management, guided us through the miserable process of getting it all corrected, she continued to follow up with us until it was completely redone!Review from Joseph H

This review is in reference to a roof replacement we had installed for the home in our senior community. The application process was smooth and uncomplicated. Final approval of the completed work was rapid. There was minimal effort required from our end from start to finish.Review from Cathy W

**** is very helpful if you have any questions. She is very knowledgeable in her field. Whenever I submit a request she always makes sure all the necessary information is on the form and if not, she lets me know what is needed. Whenever I have submitted a request for property improvements, she always makes me aware of when the committee meets so I am aware of when to look for a response. **** makes this process seamless.Review from Bob W

Worked with us on a very difficult open backyard to build a small fence. Always helpful and as we were new to the community, it was nice to see the *** management group offer suggestions and make it possible. Door always open...questions answered in a timely manner.
