Yesterday (August 24, 2024) I bought a Platinum Annual Pass to SeaWorld Orlando that included 6 guest free tickets. After paying for the Annual Pass, found that the restrict the guest tickets for only 2 at a time only on selected days. I called customer service and they told that this is the new rule for those. I told the guy that I want to cancel my Annual Pass (after about 10 minutes that I bought it) and get my money back. He told that transaction was final and he can not be able to cancel my pass and return my money. Called ******************************************************************* to obtain 2 guest passes for free. I told him that I need 3 more passes and he told that I can use the special rate pass at $49.99 for the other tickets. I told him that on the webpage says that those passes expire on August 31 and I need the passes for September 1, 2024. He indicated that that date was to buy the tickets at that price. I bought 3 passes at that rate for the ammount of $172.49. When I received the passes by email, those 3 passes said that they expire on August 31, 2024. I called again to Customer Support and they told me that for sure I have until that day to use thoses passes and he can not do anything to help me. I told him to reimbuse the money for those passes and he told that SeaWorld do not give reimbursement for any Pass or ticket. **************** for Sea ***************************************** are a bunch of thieves and trickters. I have to loose that money? Can you check if I have any legal right to go against them?
