  This is a terrible company. I ordered an auto clave December 30, 2022. They said after six weeks that they were waiting For an autoclave they could refurbish and send to me, they never said that they didn’t have anything in stock, which was what I assumed when I purchased it. After six months of trying to get these people on the phone and sent many emails they still have not returned the money $3250 to my account. After the many lies they told me I’ve to come to the conclusion that this is a total rip off company. my bank has a policy that they can’t do a dispute after 180 days. So I’m taking actions as best as I can I have my money returned to me. They never had the product in the first place and I just need my money back because I’ve already purchased a brand new autoclave for $6700. At this point all I can do is take legal action against this company, and write as many bad reviews as I can against them. I won’t give up until I found some kind of satisfaction out of this terrible business decisions to use this company. But I’ve learned valuable lessons from this.That is to do research want any company that I buy anything from online. after the experience with this company I would like to give them a -3 stars if that was possible. Anyone reading this should not do business with this company. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, because I’m pretty sure this company has no intentions of doing better business.

  I bought a hospital bed for my 93 yr old mother. They say it takes 14 to 21 Business days to leave the warehouse...at day 21 still hadn't shipped so I canceled the bed. They keep 20% "restock" fee which is a total scam because I'm sure they didn't have one to ship. Maybe they were waiting for someone to die for a bed. I lost 5 hundred dollars of my hard earned money on this "business" probably that's the only way they stay in business. Buyers beware!

  Purchased equipment 12/5 and am still waiting for shipment. Do not recommend if you’re in immediate need of the equipment. Very disappointed.

  As you are aware, this equipment is currently in a truck in Texas, and that truck is heading to NM to start the route. Due to the size of this equipment, it is being shipped in our truck from Florida to Texas to then New Mexico to then WA.
  
  This is a complex delivery system, and this depends on us sharing the space with other Cevi Med customers. If we sent you this equipment directly, it would be unaffordable and most likely arrive damaged. This is why Cevi Med uses its own trucks to do deliveries.
  
  We do our best to inform our customers and keep them in the loop.
  
  We hope to have the truck moving towards you tomorrow.
  
  We hope that the quality of the equipment will be worth the wait.

  Buyer Beware! I've been selling podiatry equipment for nearly 15-years and these guys are the worst. Complete liars and sell total junk. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

  Hi Simon: You are the owner sop please read this carefully: Your company picked up my surgical chair from Alameda Ca in October of 2021. I had a replacement purchase from your company which caught fire during the your installation and would not allow the foot base to move for several months. This Ritter surgical bed that is now working is a back killer, it is wide and bulky and or facelifts the head rest hits me in the stomach when I am working on the neck from above. Our older chair, though needed reupholstering was ideal, narrow, tilts, rotates, foot rest adjustable to shorten or lengthen, the bedrest arm concealed and not jutting out. In september we were emailed that we were 14th in deliver, then 9th , then 4th and then it disappeared, since then I have called, 10 times at least and emailed at least 10 times. Really if you intent to ignore a surgeons request to return the unit is because it never in fact got repaired well then bloody well say so and figure out a way to get me an equivalent surgical bed. But to ignore is unacceptable and this is not how you treat a doctor who has been a loyal customer, it is disrespectful to say the least, I want this resolved asap!! Now I know you have returned from your cruise with your family but you have not chosen to return my calls or explain your actions. I think this is not a company which can be relied upon for honorary warranties or the work they say they will do when they pick up your equipement.
