    My complaint is basically like the others. The product came and I had a severe allergic reaction to the product. I called customer service the next day to provide details. At that time, I canceled any further shipments and my membership. I was told not to return the product, that my membership was canceled and I owed them nothing. Two years later (today) I received a call stating that I was still active in their system and that I owed then almost $90.00. FROM TWO YEARS AGO. I have not received emails nor phone calls from these people until today. They would not let me cancel (again) until I paid what they said I owed them. I explained what had happened two years ago. I asked them to send me another email with my statement attached and I would take care of it. They said they could not send another email. I refused to pay it! These people should be stopped!

    Phone call requesting money for product that was theoretically delivered in early November 2022 and supposed to be part of a subscription program. They will not cancel unless I pay for already delivered product. Never received product nor did I subscribe to receive product. I have never received anything from them in writing so I cannot upload any documentation. Only received phone call. I have asked for them to provide me with information of what I was supposed to have received and the program in writing. They just threaten to send more product and charge more. I have not subscribed for this product and they will not cancel unless I send them money first. I tried calling the customer service number provided me and it did not go through. I was told to call the person back and that number would not go through.

    A representative from the company called me and harassed me about the balance I owe them since December 2019. I ordered the product on December 2nd and the product didn't ship out until December 8th. I never used the product and returned it .. I cancelled my membership on December 17 2019 and also paid $88.46, I have an email to prove the cancellation from almost 2 years ago ,but according to the representative in there system I am on active status. I never never received a letter or email about it, but harassed me saying they were going to escalate the call if i didn't pay..They said they were going to mail me 20 products that are on hold in my account because I never canceled my superscription and was going to have to pay for them.

    I recieved a call today 10-6-22 from LaPura stating that I had a balance due with them for a product I cancelled about 3 years ago. They claimed that they cannot cancel my "subscription " unless this balance is taken care of. This was a skin cream that they offered a free bottle to try if you paid shipping. Then they automatically sent another bottle the next month. When I received this I called immediately and cancelled after paying for the bottle I had just received. I believe it was around $35. They claim the balance was because the card I used to pay was declined or cancelled. I know that charge went through. That card was eventually cancelled when they tried to charge me again for product I never ordered or received. I feel this is predatory and wrong. Is this even legal? Is it a scam?

    I ordered a product to try and decided not to follow through. I refused the product and sent it back unopened the day it arrived or in 1-2 days. I don't remember exactly. I also instructed the credit card to not pay the charge. I keep getting call from them that say I owe $89.82 for 1 product and $89.92 and I need to pay this amount to cancel the contract. I am telling them that I am not paying for a product I returned unopened and did not use. They said they have documentation that the product was returned after the 30 day limit which is not true. I think they are trying to intimidate me into paying for something I did not use. They are threatening to keep sending merchandise and charging me. I have not received anything else from them since. I don't have any documentation because I thought returning it would take care of the issue.
