    "They quoted me one price and when I picked up my car they hit me with a $50 additional computer diagnostic charge which they refused to admit the error and refund me the credit! I've been going there for 4 years and spent thousands in car repairs and the owner Jim told me it was my descion after i told him im a valued customer and referred dozens of friends there for auto repair and he stiffed me for $50!" ...
