    Took my car in for repair through my insurance company. During the week and a half I had my car there I have received no updates of the progress. Over the period of time, I have left numerous messages with the agent handling my repairs voicemail. No attempt to call me back was made. They had my car a day and a half longer than they should have due to lack of communication within the business, with my insurance company and especially with me. Once I got my car back, it appeared that all was well. Unfortunately, I located two missing fasteners where they were working on my repairs. My experience with this company has giving me emotional distress and has given me disparage treatment due to their lack of customer service. Not to mention, the inconvenience of me having to leave work losing two hours of vacation time because they failed to complete the job right the first time. Before returning the second time, I thought due to their incompetence, they felt that no discount of compensation was to be given to me. I actually had to force their hand by implying that I will leave this negative review. 20% was taken off the price but to reiterate I feel that they felt that giving me this discount was not necessary. I will not use this company again.
