    I hit a deer and chose Jenkins collision to fix my car. They fixed it in Dec/Jan 23/24 which I had a $1000 deductible and my insurance cut them a check for the rest. I informed them that they didnt fix everything on my car when I came to pick it up. They said they would order the parts and have me bring the car back. Feb 24 my paint on the bumper began to peel I called they said they was waiting on a loaner car to come available. June/July ********************************************************************************************************************** that it dented my grill bar. I told them about it and they told me my car was in another accident(which it wasnt)and they was gona order the parts. My car have not still been fixed properly after all this time

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. After reviewing our records and with our employees. We have repaired the customers 2017 ***** Civic. When she came to pick her vehicle up on December 20, 2023, she stated the Mirror on the Left passenger door wasnt repaired. We communicated with the insurance company, and they indicated it wasnt part of the accident. We have spoken with the customers insurance company, and they agreed to replace the mirror. We ordered the mirror for the customer to have repaired. 
    In waiting for this part, the customer called and indicated her bumper was peeling on the left side of the bumper. We informed her when we took care of the mirror we would address and take care of the bumper. When she dropped her vehicle off,we repaired the mirror. We discovered the vehicle had hit something and the paint was not peeling. We showed the customer where it had been damaged. Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us, so we painted the bumper as a customer courtesy with no charge to her. I did inform the customer the bumper may not fit properly due to some of the damage that was presented. This was in August 2024. We have not heard from this customer until receiving this complaint. I have attached some of the new damages photos when she dropped off the vehicle that we shared with her at that time. We also had the customer in a rental vehicle during this time which we she had damaged.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was never showed pictures of my car being damaged again. You can look at the car and tell it was no way it could have been involved in another accident no dents nor scratches just cracked mirror that was never fixed and a peeling bumper. That dent that is on the front bar wasnt even there. I informed Jenkins that the person that pieced my car together accidentally bent the bar because it wasnt like that. I paid for a rental out of my pocket while they fixed the car and that rental wasnt damaged. A rock hit the windshield while I was driving down 75 which my full coverage insurance paid for. When I left Jenkins in August I was told they would call me when my parts come in and I have yet heard anything

    In response to the customers rejection. We have accumulated all the pictures of the vehicle in the customers file. If the customer would like to schedule a time to come by, the dealership would be glad to show and go over the damage in question, ******** stated, before we repainted the bumper at no charge as a customer courtesy.  We show in records we replaced the mirror glass on July *******, 3:10pm, but the mirror itself-needed to be replaced and required insurance approval which the dealership never received. Jenkins Collision Center Ocala would be glad to resubmit to the insurance for approval.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. My car had some paint damage on the front bumper, so I took it in for an estimate. It also had some chipping on the rear bumper. The service associate ******************* suggested they could install a protective applique on the bumper to avoid further damage. They ordered the applique and I prepaid $85 for it. I took the car in at the end of April and they had it for 4 days. I was told to pick the car up on the 5th day by ******************* and the car was repaired and looked great.when I got to the shop, I paid for the repair while the ****** was bringing my car out to the front. When I saw the car the front was ok but no work had been done to the rear bumper. ******************* was not in that day, so another employee assured me someone would come to my home and finish the job the following week. No one contacted me so I called and was told they were sorry and the work would be done soon. It is now July 2nd and still nothing. After about 20 calls ******************* will not answer or return my calls. I am not sure what the problem is getting this fixed, but if you do use this collision center make sure you see that the work has been completed to your satisfaction before you give them any money.

    On June 14, 2024 I paid for a repairs on my car. After pickup - I noticed that line item #9 clean RTV off back upper glass was never touched. I was told at pick up this was something they could not do. However, I was still charged 1/2 hour for the labor. The manager was called multiple times the follow week, messages were left, no call was retuned. My expectation is that they retune the money and tax for that line item that was not completed.
