    Rey was great. Always available to help. Very thorough. I can't think of a thing he could have done better! The seller was a challenge to deal with, but Rey was able to keep it all together and make it a smooth transaction.

    Initially had a contract for several months to purchase my father's property for $15,000 after he passed away. Once we finally got the "guests" removed from his home and cleaned everything out, they came back and offered less than half, only $7,000 so the up front ******* money they offered off $1,000 was never a real offer because it never went to an account our attorney had access to. This was their way of getting out of everything without penalty. Shady business in every way.

    Joan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of
    selling our home. It was a very complicated situation involving a
    no-contract tenant and a number of other unexpected hurdles, but she
    never once gave up on us. She stuck with us through every challenge and
    handled everything with professionalism, patience, and determination.
    Joan was incredibly helpful, always available, and truly went above and
    beyond to get the job done. We couldn’t have asked for a better person
    to help guide us through such a stressful process. Highly recommend her!

    LPI really came through for me. The pain and sorrow of losing someone you love is difficult enough yet having the added stress of dealing with a complicated estate and not having the resources needed becomes very stressful. I was completely overwhelmed. I am so grateful I found LPI on BBB. I was very hesitant to go with a company instead of trying to sell myself or go with a realtor but I know now I made the right choice. Everyone I worked with were so understanding and kind. The price was fair. Everything went pretty smoothly and the best thing was they got it done within 60 days which was amazing. Huge sigh of relief today. Thank you LPI.
