My husband and I bought a package to stay in Florida (crappiest hotel I have ever stayed at) and sat through the presentation. We were offered a cruise, 2 round trip airfares, and a condo stay. I mailed the form in with a self addressed stamped envelope. (I mailed 2 just in case one got lost or damaged) I never received anything! No email, no envelope back, Nothing!!!! I tried to go to the website to activate my code and it says it was already activated! I didn't activate it! Also, it says my email is not recognised! I have sat through presentations for other companies and have always received the items promised, but this has got to be the absolute worst! All I wanted was what was promised!!!

Dear Ms. ***************** you for your time on the phone today. As we discussed, your sponsor was *****************. They are the company that you would have paid and booked your stay with. They are also the company that gave you the Select My Reward Now order form. Customer Choice Rewards ceased doing business with Vacation Offer on April 29th, 2025. At that time, they were notified to cease distribution of any Customer Choice Rewards offers. Your incentive's issue date was June 12, 2025, after we ceased doing business with them.

However, as we also discussed, in an effort of good faith, Customer Choice Rewards has agreed to send you and 8-Day/7-Night Condo Stay certificate. You agreed that would be satisfactory to you and you will recall this review.

      Sincerely,

      Customer Choice Rewards

My husband and I attended a presentation in WI on August 9, 2025. While we did not accept the offer to join the “Club,” we were told we would still be able to get the free cruise. On August 19th, I mailed in the appropriate form along with the required self-addressed stamped envelope. We were told that a voucher would be mailed back to us. We received the envelope back, with the bottom of the envelope opened and the envelope empty. I have tried several times to call “Destinations vacation” number *********. The number is an automatic voice mail. I have left several messages and have received no return calls. I have sent several e-mails to: support******************n.com explaining the problem and have received no response to my e-mails. We were promised a $100 dining card to local "establishments" like Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, etc. Neither restaurant is on the list of available locations. We did get $15 off our meal at one location.

Dear Ms. ***************** are sorry to learn that your envelope which included your travel offers was damaged during mailing. However, it seems that you were trying to reach the sponsor of your offers. We have reached out to Destination Vacations on your behalf notifying them that you have been trying to reach them. In the meantime, our company, Gunn Marketing Group; dba Customer Choice Rewards, is voiding the previously issued travel offers and are reissuing new ones to be mailed out to you this week. If you do need to reach us, you can email us at ****************************************** or call ************. Our office hours are Mon - Fri from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

This has been the worst experience. We sat through a presentation for a product and given a voucher for a free vacation. We were so excited. We sent the deposits it along with the voucher and requested dates. We got the call and were told we didnt follow the terms. So we tried again. Same thing. We were then told there were only three tries and if the third one was unsuccessful, then they would send a refund for the deposit. Well, third time came around. I made sure that I followed all the terms that were given to me. Got the call today, was told once again that I did not fulfill the terms. Its like they change the terms just to suite them! They then say but we can upgrade your package if you sit through another presentation. Um no! I already did that and earned the initial reward! They wont assist you with changing the dates while on the phone. I have request my refund, now I have to wait and see if they even send it back. I was told by ******* that there was no estimated time of when I would get my refund.

Since this is the first review that pops up on a ****** search, I thought I would leave my thoughts. My family completed a stay a few weeks ago, so I will leave my review here. I would say that finding a location and date for the hotel does take some work, though, and you have to be pretty flexible. In the end I did get my refundable deposit back by check in the about of $29.95. So, a two night stay in ******** ****** cost of $24.87. The hotel was not what I expected but was nothing to complain about. By the way we did the straight 3/2 without attending a seminar. Once I got an email address all my questions and concerns where handled pretty well. Tips are to be prepared to wait for a confirmation, try and pick weekdays unpopular times/places. If your dates/place is not available be prepared to get the "sales call" just decline if your not interested. The people that call you don't have a lot of information so asking for manger or someone else to contact you can be helpful. Read the date fine print and error on the side of caution.

The Time 2 Get Away travel voucher is s promotional voucher that requires all participants follow the terms and conditions as stated on the voucher and all accommodations are based upon availability within our promotional budget. The voucher clearly states that travel 7 days before or after a major holiday is not permitted. Ms. ******** first request included dates within 7 days of Thanksgiving. She was sent a second form however there was no availability for the dates and destinations that she requested so a third request was sent. We were able to find availability for her. She was sent an email with the accommodations that were available for which she accepted. The property has an 8 out of 10 rating. The promotional offer guarantees a 7 or better rating.

False and misleading advertising for paying $29 for a "free" hotel stay verus being charged "$150" when you actually go to book.

We attended a tour and travel focus group seminar after receiving a guaranteed cruise with travel package up to 7 days plus $100 restaurants voucher.I was amazed ***** fee plus another 595 and 95 dollar fee for their travel consultants to save you 10 to 25% up to 5 trips a year. The food voucher is from restaurant.com that is basically free but they would charge you $15 fee SCAM The travel voucher is with **** marketing a store front that shows 2 employees and a minimal amount of revenue. After a hard sell the closer I told no I never heard of *************** travel and could not find any legit address or web sights that looked legit. They lowered the price 4K and we walked away with useless voucher.Every one states they ask for a check or money order to process or a credit card #There is no list of fees only states they make the rule and fees up but nothing is in writing.Any one else feel like you been scammed. One couple jumped at the first offer 2k off ***** and immediately handed then a Credit card .I been thru many sales pitches and always got what was offered such as upgrading trips meal and accommodations but this reaked so bad so ****** sale force who I wouldnt trust .No one had last names or business cards

After seeing all of these reviews Im afraid to even activate my free trip. I came her to see if they put you up in crappy hotels because we do not do those types of hotels. But from what Im seeing you dont even get a hotel.

      To whom it may concern,

We are not sure what the consumer is referring to as far as not getting a hotel.

Over the past 14 years we have distributed millions of the Time 2 Get Away promotional travel vouchers and have traveled thousands of guests. Not everyone that receives a voucher decides to redeem it but those that do redeem it and follow the terms and conditions as stated on the voucher, they will receive 2 nights of hotel accommodations in a three star or better TripAdvisor rated property.

I did receive this 2 night hotel promotion. What I can conclude based on the peoples reviews is excuses from this company. In order to be in the safe side I will take apart this voucher.

      To whom it may concern,

The 2-night hotel stay is a promotional travel offer that requires that all participants follow the terms and conditions as stated on the voucher. Unfortunately, when people do not follow the terms and conditions, they feel that we should bend the rules for them which we cannot do. Also, the offer is based upon availability but if there is no availability for the dates and/or destinations they requested we do ask or new dates and/or destinations. For those that follow the terms and conditions we are able to find availability for the majority of those requests.

We went to a travel seminar and was given a voucher of several things to pick from for attending. We pick a 7 day Condo stay and mailed it off on 2/2/23. We were told on the flyer to allow up to 21 days to receive and it has been way past 21 days. We were also offered a voucher for airline tickets and when we went to book they asked for a lot of money to process, so was not worth trying to receive those. Not sure what to do about the condo offer.

      To whom it may concern,

Ms. Hs' form requesting the 7 Night Condo Stay was received by us on 2/13/23. Her order was processed and mailed out to her at the below address on 2/24/23. We request on the order form that the customer includes a SASE with their order which Ms. H did not do. We ask for that so that the customers won't accidentally throw away the envelope with a return address that they do not recognize. This is likely what happened in this case. We will process another condo certificate to be sent out. Please ask Ms. H to allow up to 7-10 days to receive and to be on the lookout for a white envelope with a blue return address from Customer Choice Rewards

As for the airfare certificate, we did not send that to her and have no idea what she received or the terms. She would need to contact the sponsor company that gave that offer to her.
