I have been a member of crunch since 2022 , this year since April 2025 I have been having billing issues with them , from them saying your monthly payment didnt go through to now you owe late fee . Every month Im paying a late fee When I call my bank theres no problem with the account . Now since June 2025 they charged my account $400 now and refuse to give it back and have no reason to charge me. I did a charge back and spoke to my bank who said theyre not cooperative at all. Refusing to provide proof of why they charged me $208 two separate times . This rating doesnt even deserve one star .

I have tried to cancel our membership twice in the last 5 months to no avail. After the first visit we realized that it was all about hiring a coach. The pressure of sales was not something we appreciated. We have not been there in 96 days since we set foot on the premises. We had another monthly charge on 05/30/2024. I visited the gym and spoke to a 20+ year old (typical) that told me I had to pay another month now to cancel the membership now. I was livid because I initially told them in February that we wanted out. I am 71 years old, and the fast-talking sales rep was quick to ensure we could cancel at any time, "no questions asked." The place is nice, but we are not interested in continuing the membership. Please help us cancel without any further payments. We have expended $335.16 since 2/20/2024, between the two of us. We don't feel we have to pay them any more money.
