    Horrible. I used choice warranty and when I submitted a claim for my electrical panel, they sent a technician from ** Contractors. The guy looked at it and said I need to replace one of the circuit breakers. It took a few weeks for him to buy the circuit breakers and when he finally came, he said he couldn't do it without the county shutting off the electric panel. This was a complete lie because I've had my neighbor look at it before and was able to change the circuit breaker in minutes without the city coming by to shut off anything. The guy did not know what he was doing.

    Please avoid this company at all cost very unprofessional can not fix a simple value leak. They were contracted thru choice home warranty for a broken pipe under sink they came out 3 times and still do not have it fixed they schedule time and no show . Tried to get me to pay extra money on the side for a quicker repair . I have had the same leak for 23 days now .

    I contacted the warranty company the previous owner paid for. Home Choice Warranty. I was told that a contractor by the name of RJ Contactors would come out. The 1st date I couldnt accept. I called and and left a message. No reply. I called again and a lady answered. She didn't answer with a company name. Just a hello. I explained I couldn't accept the first date. It was rescheduled. I got a new date and time frame from 11 to 3. At 1230 I got an email saying it was rescheduled. That date is today. Time frame was from 7 to 11. It is now 1130 and no one has showed up or called or texted. I'm not calling again or using Home Choice Warranty. I'll be finding my own contractor. Both are a scam. I only used this because when I bought my house this was included. Previous home owner wasted his money. SMH. Glad they didn't show. Probably would have been a waste of $75.

    Tech came out via Home Choice Home Warranty to fix one zone of my sprinkler By the time he left the entire system was inoperable Home Choice did not care and I was left with nothing

    Choice Home Warranty contracted them but they didn't do anything except scam us. They showed up, didn't do anything whatsoever, then left and said they would call us when they found the part...literally just a faucet, but they closed the ticket claiming they did the work and stole our money. The sub didn't even call, just randomly showed up and is completely ghosting us, will not answer his personal phone number supplied to Choice and will not return messages left. Tried to call the "company" number but they are all personal cell phones also and no one will answer any calls.

    Choice warranty sent them out for a backup in my bathroom, the guy came to my house with a plunger and thats it, told my husband hes been doing this for 20 years then left. Needless to say the issue happened again. Waste of time and money.

    My water heater stopped working so I called Choice Home Warranty. They contacted RJ Contractors or whatever their name since the recording says ******* Home Repair. **** the plumber came out to verify it didnt work, took pictures and said they would be in touch with Choice but it could take time for approval and ordering the water heater. After many calls to both Choice and RJ for two weeks, talked to ****** and he straightened it and **** came the next day. I had to pay another $455.00 which no one could really explain why and received no receipt. Called the office and talked ****(?). Still no receipt after a week.

    This "contractor" was assigned to us by Choice Home Warranty (another scam). The guy came out unannounced early in the morning (he said he'd called but he must have dialed the wrong phone number), looked at our water heater, and charged me 65 bucks for the service visit. Choice Home Warranty has since refused to repair or replace the unit. I'd phoned the company a few days after the visit for a status update, but no one ever replied to my message. Is this company even real?

    The tech left a awful mess I will not recommend nor use this service ever again!!
