    My home warranty company had RJ Contractors send out an electrician to fix a light for me. While he was fixing it, he broke the cover for the light, but didnt have one to replace it. I have reached out to RJ Contractors almost ten times to get them to send someone out to replace it. They keep telling me theyll send someone, and then completely ghost. This has been going on for months.

    Rays Contracting service was contracted thru my warrantee service on August 29, 2024. After about a week, my warrantee service provider approved the to go ahead and order that parts I needed to replace my hot water spicket in the bathroom. I waited about a week, then contacted Rays to see what the update was. I was told they had the part and scheduled an appointment for install. The tech comes by without parts and says oh he has to get the part. I call Rays and they said they were sorry and rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, I called Rays to ensure they had the part. ***** said yes, they have the part. The tech never shows. I call Rays and they apologize set another appointment and the tech never shows. Keep in mind the appointment window is between 3-8 and I work 40 minutes from home. They have set over 10 appointments and never showed. Finally Last week, October 20, ***** tells me they are now finally ordering the part. I asked ***** why he lied and told me over 6 weeks ago the part was in. He said he was going on what the tech said. I called today and they said yes, I have an appointment for today and yet again they did not call or show up. Each time I talk to *****, he sets me an appointment and acts like he is shocked the tech did not call or show up, but I know I cant be the first ******** they have treated like this.;

    Rays came to our home Saturday 1/27/2023. He was there approximately 2-3 hours. They NEVER fixed the issue but caused other issues. Ruined our new bathroom cabinet that was just installed. Put the toilet back on using the same O ring. When he left he told us to use drain-o. After app 15 minutes went to use the bathroom an water flooded every where. In the kitchen , bathroom and caused the other toilet not to work. We used choice warranty ( this is how we got Rays-he was assigned to us) I have called an texted him with no return call or answer. We pay $45 for a service call with choice warranty We are now having another pluming company come out- *********** to repair his work. Looking for a new cabinet an reimbursement from Rays
