  After going to Ice Cold air to have my ** replaced, I have had to return at least 5 times since it was first serviced in Sept 2021. I only continued to return for it was under warranty. Had I known in advance that I would need to have the compressor replaced an additional 2 times, a year later then exactly again a year later. After the first visit my hood latch was also bent which they deny but it was working just fine when I brought it in. I have also had to return for they had overcharged, steam coming from under the hood, when looked the cap to the refill port was gone. ** no longer worked. The last time I had to take it, I was extremely hesitant for this business, I no longer trust them to do any work. I even heard them give the same spiel about tryiing a different brand product to another customer who had issues. I knew my fan was also not working this last time I took it in. After having it almost 5 days, it was supposedly fixed, the compressor was replaced. It was not fixed and after 5 days one would think they would actually ensure all was in working condition. Nope, the fan still was not working so the ** was barely blowing cold. I have misssed work multiple times because of their work. I took it elsewhere when the ** was still not working because of the fan. Ice cold air every time did not reattach wires to the clips in the engine/hood, forgot to put my plastic undercarrage on and I had to call about it. With me having paid almost 2K for new ac I never should have had to return. I then paid again when they failed to correctly fix it the last time. I sent a message to corporate, which stated would be sent to the store I used since independent franchises, but of course I have not heard back.This would be zero stars if it was an option. Consumers beware, stay away if you want your car fixed properly.
