    This has been an ongoing issue since 09/21. I took my car to the shop when my ** went out, a entirely new ** system was installed in the car. When I recieved my car back my hood no longer closed properly as the latch was bent, wires and the plastic trim were not *********. A year later, July 2022 I returned 3 times due to the ** system failing. The compressor that was only replaced the year prior siezed up and had to be replaced yet again. Then about 2 weeks later I had to bring the car back in again when the service port cover flew off and ** no longer blew cold air. Each time, I lost time at work because my car was in the shop. Then the end of this past July, my car's ** sytem stopped working once again. There was a pool of greenish fluid under the car which upon closer inspection was coming from the compressor. The compressor also did not look like it was new, it looked it was refabrictated.I also observed that the accessory fan was not working. I did not say anything to the shop about the fan for I wanted to see if they would truly look over the ** system. Once again the compressor needed to be replaced. The manager stated he was going to find out what brand the compressor was so that they could get a different one and install that. It took almost 5 days for me to get my car back for just a compressor replacement. Due to the shop forgetting to put my plastic trim back on underneath, I had to once again take my car to the shop and drop it off to have it put on. I heard the manager giving the same spiel to another customer about getting a different brand part, when his cars recent repair was faulty. The shop tried to push on me other services, they are inspecting other parts of the car without ensuring they fixed the issue. The ** was still not blowing cold air; I looked under the **************** fan was still not functioning. I took it elsewhere, quickly it was diagnosed and fixed. Within hours I had my car back. I contacted the business and no response.

    My husband, *****************************, brought his car in on 1/12/23 because it was making a whining noise ( sounded like a belt needing replacement). It went from $180 quote, for the bearings in the idler pulley.Then, two hours later **** gets a call that they were wrong and its connected to alternator. The qoute then went up to $700. **** told them he did not want to put $700 into it and his business partner is a mechanic (out of town returning next week, and will fix it for very little).They supposedly put the car back together . And now it sounds like it is falling apart. I have video of the sound and witnesses that helped my husband secure the tire back on after he left ice cold air in Newport Richey. It is slso making a horrid smell, and the fan is now not working! AND, probably worst of all they removed his passenger side front tire for no apparent reason (admittedly by the owner), it wasnt even supposed to be moved as it was not related to the work that needed to be done, there was no reason to have removed it. THEY DID NOT fasten down any of the Lug nuts and he almost killed himself on hwy 19!!!On top of all of that, the *** light is now coming on as well as check engine, etc! GROSS NEGLIGENCE! POSDIBLE INTENT TO CAUSE HARM! The owner of Ice Cold Air was on duty when this occurred. And, when **** went to pick up the car, they closed early so no one was there to give him his keys or the car back! He knocked on the window and that set the alarm off, so luckily the owner came back, but at that time **** did not know the damage they had done to his car! ??The damages day have done to the car need to be fixed immediately! We brought it in for a simple fix and left with a destroyed vehicle! This business needs to be held accountable for gross negligence and improper business dealings.**********************
