      I wanted to take a minute and thank the team @ Storm Tech for such an easy process. The staff all the way from the Office Manager Tami; whom was such a great help! The office took care of all of the permitting process and requirements from our county & HOA. The technician was so efficient and very professional. Highly recommend this company for all of your needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Our shutters were working fine until we recently had the house painted rendering 5 shutters inoperable. ( It was noted on the invoice that the shutters were jammed). The service technicians came on a day that I could not be home. I was told they would call when they arrived ( which they did) and they'd call when they would leave (which they did not do). I thought I was quoted a cost of $3500 but this included replacement of a damaged, bent hood. I wanted to hold off on the hood until I talked to my husband as I had no recollection of any previous damage. I returned home after 3 hours and they were gone. I had no idea how long they had been gone. I called ***** to ask if I could use the shutters and if there were parts needed or mainly labor. He said labor. I said the hood looked fine and should be left as is. He said it popped back in when they fixed the shutter. The invoice said repair of the 5 shutters and the cost was $3500. After I paid, we learned later that this was very over priced. My husband and I called **** several times to get clarification. He said he'd have his office send a more itemized invoice. The new invoice said a new motor was installed. No mention of a motor before and no old motor left behind. They also said I was charged for 12 hrs split between 2 workers. I was gone only 3 hours so that wasn't true either. We requested **** call us to explain and he did not. I had trusted him and feel very taken advantage of. One's reputation should mean everything. I forewarned him I would post a review if he couldn't even call back. The office who sent the invoice, said to call with questions. But she didn't leave a phone number. I emailed her back to send me her phone number or call me. She did neither.
