      I paid to have impact windows installed in my house. I was given a start date because I have to travel to ******* for the work to be done. The business said they would be here to do the work. Now they do not respond to my calls or questions.

      Job has been completed. Weather related  delays caused scheduling issues . As we don't skip around on jobs and we complete as we go. We did determine a solid updated schedule install  date stuck to it and got it done. Job Is completed.

      I am rejecting this response because I was told the on Friday before the work was scheduled to begin the following Monday it would start on time.  As I had to travel over a thousand miles to be there, and it didnt begin until more than a week later, it was a significant waste of my time.  The business wouldnt even pick up my calls, hence this complaint was filed.   Having said that, when the work did begin it was done well and efficiently.

      Had shutters installed. fell of the wall. They finally put them back up the day before we left for holiday BUT the motor was broken and we were told not to put them up or down cause they would fall off again. We agreed to have it fixed when we returned from holiday. September 19 we started call and getting no reply. I emailed, sent a letter as well and the still have not contacted us. It is now November 7 and still no contact from them. I have called the office, no answer, called his personal cell and left messages. I don't expect a refund. I would just like the motor replaced so we can open it up so I can see outside. Initial work was done 10-24-2022.Thank you for your time.

      I am sorry we were unable to get the parts needed to fix your shutter in before you left for your Holiday. Kaleb the installer and myself had commutation with you and your husband on afew occasions and had a set date to correct any issues with your shutters. I spoke with your husband the date the service was scheduled and complete on ,He  was very satisfied.
