      I was excited to see the new Fort Myers store but was immediately disappointed with the windowless warehouse feel of the showroom. The man who was assigned as my “designer“ was pleasant enough at first but when he discovered that I had wandered into the fabric section, he became hostile and scolded me for being unaccompanied by a staff member. Without actually saying it, he acted like I was going to steal something! I was so insulted that I left the store immediately and vowed never to return. Be careful if you decide to check out the new store. You may go in with a good mood but end up feeling lousy on the way out.
